Emma chased her mother into the front yard before grabbing a hold of her jacket. "Mom, what's wrong?" Emma asked. Mary Margaret shook her head and sighed.
"I'm sorry, Emma. I know I'm supposed to be excited for you and I was when I first found out, but then I started thinking. And as your mother, all I feel is fear," Mary Margaret announced. Emma gave her a weird look and wrapped her arms around herself to stay warm.
"Mom, we are fine. We are protected. And we are healthy. Don't worry," Emma tried. Mary Margaret nodded, but still felt uneasy about the whole situation. Ever since Emma told her. She felt as if this was going to end badly. "Alright. Now, let's go back inside before the baby and I freeze out here," Emma suggested. Mary Margaret nodded and the two came back inside.

Everyone gathered around the fireplace and ate breakfast as they enjoyed each other's company. Except for Regina. She was in the dining room trying to calm Robin. Emma saw the distress on Regina's face as she plopped into the seat, defeated by a baby. She quickly slid Rolin in Henry's lap and swiftly moved to her friend. "Need help?" Emma asked.
"Unless you have a baby tranquilizer, then I don't think you can help," Regina groaned. Emma smacked her lips and placed her hands on her sides.
"Regina. Let me help. It takes a village, remember?" Emma quoted. Regina hated having to use help for anything, especially with her kids, but she also did what was best for them.
"Fine," Regina agreed. Reluctantly, she handed Robin to Emma and watched Emma place the child on her hip.
"Okay Robin. What's wrong? Do you want a bottle? Or a diaper change or," Emma realized that Robin's eyes were red, like she had been scratching them. "Someone is tired. You wanna take a nap? Yeah," Emma cooed. Regina was surprised. She stood up and held her arms out to take Robin, but Emma shook her off. "Go enjoy Christmas with Rolin. I will put her down," Emma basically demanded. Regina took a quick glance at her son on the floor with Gideon and Henry.
"Fine. You call me if you have any trouble," Regina pleaded. Emma waved her off and took Robin up to her and Hooks dark room. Emma rocked Robin for eight solid minutes before Robin's arms went limp, meaning she was fast asleep. Emma laid her in the middle of the bed, under the covers, between two pillows. Then, came back down.
"We're all good," she whispered to Regina before sitting next to Hook on the couch. The pirate kissed his wife's neck and pulled her legs over his.
"Relax, ma Lady. I've got everything for you for the rest of the day," he offered in a posh accent. Emma giggled and pulled her blonde hair into a nice ponytail. She watched her family open gifts and talk with her hand on her stomach, subconsciously protecting the baby if you will.
Henry grabbed a small envelope with his name on it and started to open it. Emma saw and held her hand out. "Wait! Don't open it yet, Killian go get the box in the hall closet," she said. Hook nodded and hopped up from the couch. After a few minutes, he returned with an Amazon box and sat it in front of his step son.
"Here you go lad," Killian smiled. Henry finished opening the envelope to see a key ring and opened the box to see an all-black helmet. The teenagers eyes lit up to as his mind connected the dots.
"For real?" He asked. Emma smiled as Killian nodded.
"Tonight after dinner we are going to pick it out," Killian replied. Henry immediately jumped up and hugged his parents. They had been debating for months, back and forth, about whether they were going to allow Henry to have the bike, but ultimately Emma couldn't say no to her baby boy.
"You guys are awesome," Henry smiled, before getting up and showing his helmet off too his grandfather. The morning continued into the night as the Christmas spirit lingered through out the house. Soon, Emma found her house empty but messy. She heard Killian start his car and drive off with Henry before she skipped up the stairs to her room and changed into running shorts and a tank top. She headed back down the stairs and started to clean up thinking back to when she was pregnant with Henry.

As soon as the guards caught wind of Emma's condition she was moved from Gen Pop to a smaller section for pregnant women and mothers. There she met Fallon, a nineteen year old girl convicted of grand theft auto. Similar to Emma, Fallon's boyfriend called the cops on her in order to collect a reward and flee to El Salvador. The two took a liking to each other and became friends quickly. "What are you going to name her?" Emma asked, sitting at a picnic table with Fallon during yard time.
"I wanna name her something strong like Esmeralda or Evangeline," Fallon said. "But, I'm not too sure. My mom signed the papers though," she changed the subject. Emma smiled at her a she picked at the cold metal table.
"That's good," she replied in a low voice. Fallon could see Emma's frustration.
"Would you keep it? If you had parents to sing the papers to keep your baby until you got out...would you?" She asked. Emma stared at her unsure.

Even to this day, with her life intact and a marriage under her belt, she wasn't sure. Not raising Henry was one of her deepest, secret regrets. She wished that she could've taken care of him and been there to see his first steps and first tooth, but she missed it. And she didn't truly feel right being able to see the first of her second child. She didn't think it was fair to Henry. Even though Henry was fine with having another sibling and not mad at his biological mother because he knew why she gave him up, the whole situation didn't sit well with Emma. She continued to clean up from dinner, when she accidentally knocked over a picture frame that broke revealing a hidden picture that she had since long forgotten about. Carefully, she weeded through the broken glass and for front picture to grab the old folded up picture. It ready Baby Boy Swan 2001 on the back, and she flipped it over to see a picture of fetus Henry at 20 weeks. He was a small baby at that stage and her jail OB was a little worried that he wouldn't make it to term so she took that picture for Emma to have in case. And of course Emma kept it. She thought back to the appointment that she'd just had and started to feel bad about how she had acted. Killian was so excited and she was acting like a bitch. She had to keep in mind that even though she had already had a child, he never truly got to father one. By the time she and Killian got together, Henry was almost grown. Emma was broken out of thought when the front door opened to reveal Killian by himself. He shut the door and took off his hook like always, but was almost taken off guard when Emma ran up to him and wrapped her arms and head around him. "Whoa, Love. What's going on?" He asked. Emma pecked his lips and hopped down.
"I just felt bad. About the appointment. I found an old picture of when I was pregnant with Henry and I started to feel terrible," she sort of apologized. Killian nodded and wrapped his hand around her waist pulling her in close.
"I know how you can make it up," Killian smirked, cupping his wife's ass causing her to gasp.
"Baby, I have to clean. Maybe later," she said ready to walk back to her mess of broken glass. Killian followed her and pressed himself against her as she bent down to start picking up the mess. Emma stood up quickly, recognizing what exactly was pressed against.
"Clean later. Me now," He sexily growled in her ear. Emma looked at the picture and frame in her hand an shrugged before tossing them back in the ground and allowing Hook to carry her up to bed.
"Wait, where's Henry?" Emma asked through a kiss. Hook dropped her on the bed and took off his jacket.
"He went Violet's. Now focus," he said diving into the bed next to her and ending just Christmas the correct way.
