Chapter 19- That Little Kiss You Stole
-Maria's POV-
"Kellin! Hurry up, i'm thirsty!" I hear Kellin mumble something before returning from the kitchen with three cokes in his hand. Once making his way over to the bean bags I have set out in a circle, he hands one to Tay and I before taking a sip of his own.
"So what song do you have in mind for a cover?" Kellin asks while texting someone.
"Well, you said that you want the first song sung with you, so I was wondering if you wanted to choose that song? Please?" I ask while batting my eyelashes. He gives me a smile before thinking for a moment.
It was the day after Megafest, and I asked Kellin to come over to help me choose songs for my cover album before flying out to Oregon in two weeks. Tay also agreed to stay over and work on chords for the songs we choose.
"Well, I think the acoustic version of James Dean & Audrey Hepburn would work really well." Kellin says before looking at Tay for backup. She nods her head in agreement.
"Should we practice the chords and vocals? I mean we have nothing but time." Kellin grins while grabbing Tay's guitar for her.
