Chapter 24- We Are All Sinners & The Blackest Beautiful

-Maria's POV-

"Hey Tay?" I ask while scrolling through Twitter. She only looks up at me. "Want to go to the Upon This Dawning concert tonight? Please? I really want to meet them."

"Fine. But I also wanted to go to the letlive. and Architects concert tomorrow night!" Tay gives me a pleading look.

"Then we can go to both. We both love these bands and it's only at The Loft which is cheap, but if we want to get to the UTD concert early we better leave in an hour." Tay grins at me before I roll off of the bed, slowly getting ready.

-1 Hour Later-

Tay and I hook arms and take a quick picture together for Instagram, and then go downstairs to leave for the concert.

I am wearing an Upon This Dawning Miley Cyrus crop top with some black high waisted shorts and red Vans. My makeup is light with only a thick layer of mascara and eyeliner. My belly button ring is in along with only one out of the four ear piercings I have. My hair is left in it's naturally wavy state, cascading down my back.

"Are you ready to go?" I ask with a small smile.

"Hell yeah! Let's do this!" Tay screams. We walk out to the car and hop in, playing Upon This Dawning's new album We Are All Sinners. After about fifteen minutes, we reach The Loft and park the car.

"This line is really short." I say as we both head up the stairs to get our tickets checked. Once the security guard checks them we head into the main room to see one of my school's local bands hanging out with none other than Upon This Dawning's guitarist and clean vocalist, Teo Botticini, sitting at a stool.

I head over and stand next to him, leaning on my friend Zack, and listen in on the conversation. Might I add that his Italian accent is sexy as hell.

"Do you like Of Mice And Men?" Zack asks Teo.

"Yeah, they're cool. It would be pretty rad to do a tour with them some time. Their new album is really good." Teo says which makes me butt into the conversation.

"I saw them live." I look over to see if Teo heard me and he did.

"Really? Did you like them?" I nod my head with a smile. After a few minutes of Zack talking about All Stars Tour, Teo speaks. "Well, it was great getting to know all of you but I have to get going. See you guys later?" Teo asks. I quickly move so he can leave.

"Hey Teo! Can I get a picture with you real quickly?" He nods his head, puts his arm around me, and holds up the peace sign, making me laugh. I give him a quick hug before Tay gets a picture with him. "Thanks." He smiles before heading backstage.

"He was even better looking in person." Tay whispers in my ear, making me laugh. I nod my head in agreement.

After about two hours, The Browning comes on stage, making me get up to go and stand with the crowd. They play a few songs, but what was getting really annoying was this guy had to start a fucking pit right next to me and keep slamming into me.

"Hey, fuck off!" I scream and push him away from me, only for him to come and hit me again. Oh my God. I push him again, but I soon have arms around my waist, pulling me close to someone's chest. Zack.
