This is Blake
I woke up to Layla biting one ear and Caspar biting my other "I'm up, I'm up" I told them as I put them on the ground. I got up and got them some food and filled their bowls up and got them fresh water. I went to the bathroom and did my business, including brushing my teeth and tying my messy hair up.
I walked back to the couch and grabbed my phone to see it was only nine in the morning. Quickly I went into my kitchen and poured a cup of vanilla ice coffee from the carton. I sat down at the counter with my coffee and a banana, checking my messages. Devyn told me her and Corey were going on a date tonight.
Colby had texted me saying good morning. I replied to both appropriatley and went up to my bathroom, getting in the shower. As I climbed out and wrapped myself in a maroon towel, my phone started to go off. I ran out of the bathroom and to the kitchen where m phone sat, I hit the green button and put it up to my ear.
"hello?" I asked, taking a deep breath in "Hey Blake. it's Colby. Is this bad timing?" "No, whats up?" "I was gonna see if I could come over and hang out today maybe go out for lunch" I smiled "I'd like that, I'll text you my address".
I texted him my address and went into my bedroom. I put on a bra and underwear before blow drying my hair and straightning it then doing eye liner, mascara, foundation, and powder.
I pulled on some black high waisted jean shorts and a grey thin sweater with a pair of pink lips on the front smoking a cigarette. I put on socks and then went to the kitchen and did the dishes quickly.
While putting the last dish in the drain and opened the fridge grabbing a bottle of water. As I shut the fridge, there was a knock on my door. I sat the water down and quickly walked over, swinging the door opened I revealed Colby. I gave him a smile and moved over, letting him in "Come on in".
He smiled and came in, hugging me. I smiled and hugged him back, shutting the door. "Are you hungry?" I shook my head and pulled back "Not right now. Do you wanna play Mario Kart or something? Board games?" I asked, walking to the living room and pulling him with me.
"What board games do you have?" "Um, I have Sorry, Monopoly, yeah average games" "Monopoly seems nice" "Sit down and order some pizza on my phone, I'll get the game" I said, walking into the kitchen.
