Chapter 11

Baylee's POV

Nash and Jack G grab their penny boards as I put on my vans and throw my hair into a ponytail

" Where are you guys going? " Taylor asks

" Penny boarding" I say excitedly

we walk out the door and in to the elevator... Matt and I usually take the stairs because I'm scares of elevators.

" Baylee, are you okay? your shaking and your in the corner" Jack asks

" y-yeah I'm fine" I lie

" are you scared? " Nash asked and walls over.

The door opens and I run out. we walk over to an empty parking lot.

" Okay put your right foot on the board and push off with your left. " Jack tells me as Nash demonstrates.

So I put my right foot on my board and push off. I get the hang of it after I fall a few times... We decide to go into town in Dallas.. so we skate down the sidewalk.. Theres a huge hill and I'm pumped to ride down it. I push off and ride down I'm going pretty fast and then I didn't learn to stop..  They try to skate ahead to catch me but its too late. I hit the curb and fly face first into the grass. They help me up and I'm fine except for my wrist witch hurts to move.... we decide just to walk back so I can ice my wrist.

" my feet hurt!! " I say whining

" Here "Nash bends down and i hop onto his back and rest my head on his shoulders. and close my eyes

" I think she's asleep " Jack says

" you really like her don't you? " he adds.

" yeah I do " he says laughing

" well were hear I'll go get her ice " Jack says

" Baylee were here " Nash says bouncing me up and down on his back

I unwrap my hands from around his neck and hop down.

"thanks" I say

We walk in and Jack comes back with ice.

" Why do you have ice? " Aaron questions

" Don't be so loud! " I say " I don't want Matt to hear! he is too overprotective" I point to him on the balcony " I hurt my wrist skateboarding I'm fine "

I sit on the bed and Matt walks in. I quickly throw the ice off the bed at Jack and he hides it.

" how was skateboarding? " he asks

" fine " Nash, Jack, and I say

" Dinner anyone? " Cameron asks and we all agree and walk down to the car.
