When Artemis flashed Percy away, I turned to Nico, he smiled and shadow traveled me to our house on Olympus. He groaned as he was still not meant to shadow travel. I kissed him and he did the same but when I drew away he looked paler than usual. I walked him to the couch and sat him down so he could rest, he closed his eyes and I stroked his hair.
As he slept I wondered how people were so scared of him. I played with his hair when he whimpered in his sleep. I knew he dreamt of Tartrus, but he tried to deny it and only fools everyone else other than Percy. I kissed his forehead singing naturally by Selena Gomez. For some reason he relaxed to this song despite him hating this type of music, just like I did, but as it was the first song that came to my head, it didn't matter.
Hades entered with father but I didn't look up from Nico. Nico whimpered again and I kissed his forehead. He relaxed and I continued to stroke his hair.
Hades smiled for the first time that I had seen him in ages. Father ruffled my hair and I slapped his hand away. He stuck out his tongue and I did the same finally thankful that Percy spoke to father telling him to act like one.
Nico screamed in his sleep and tears fell down his face. I woke him up and he looked panicked. I kissed his forehead and swiped his tears away. He clung to my waist hiding his tears. "It's okay Nico your safe." a muffled no sounded and I felt my heart break.
"Do you want Percy?" he nodded yes and Hades flashed away. When Hades flashed back, Percy ran forwards. He poked Nico who looked up and they hugged. They whispered to each other and I felt slightly left out. When Nico relaxed Percy asked Hades to flash him back. Nico kissed me and I smiled weakly.
When he drew away Hades flashed back in and it was then they asked how our arranged marriage relationship was going. I sighed and told them that it was fine and that they should stop worrying. When they left, I let out a breath I didn't realise I was holding. He smiled weakly and kissed me. I kissed back forgetting what was happening but as I drew away, I saw a ghost and I couldn't help but scream. Nico calmed me down before speaking in Italian. I frowned and hoped he could teach me some day, for he taught Percy. When the ghost vanished Nico smiled up at me innocently. "Sorry for that." I kissed him. "Sing something in Italian." I spoke. He sat up and this time I was laying my head on his chest.
I listened to him sing and slowly my eyes shut. I snuggled closer into him and then I entered the world of slumber. When I awoke I found myself in bed alone.

I smelt the smell of someone cooking and so I went downstairs to find Nico rushing around the kitchen. I smiled "smells good." he turned around. "That's because I'm cooking." I stuck my tongue out walked up to him. "What are you cooking?" "My own special of tuna pasta." "Huh." he turned to me. "Set the table." he spoke in an Italian accent. I giggled and did as he said.
When he dished up dinner I sat down at the table. He smiled and set it down kissing me before he sat down at the table. I grabbed my fork and tried some and man it was to die for. "This is really good, where did you learn to cook." "Percy taught me." "Percy can cook?" I joked he chuckled and continued to eat. We talked some more before we decided to go to camp to talk to Chiron for a bit. To say I loved Nico's cooking was an understatement of the century.
