Once upon a time.....in one hand

A child is as born one that's sheer beauty reached within itself. The child was small due to it's mother's weak state of health. Soon there after, the father took the son away from the mother, moving far away from his son's birth place of Paris,
France.
That boy grew up without a mother to show him love. His father, Farlan distanced himself from his son as much as possibly. Due to these facts, this boy grew up hating anyone who had love. He grew up isolated and alone never wanting to do anything but leave and follow his dream of visiting the places in his storybooks. He never thought of finding a love to spend the journey with all he thought of is how long he had to wait....

Now on the other hand, once upon a time....

Another child is born a few years after the french son was born. He was born into royalty. Everything he had was polished to a shine, everything he got was handed to him on a silver platter, and everything he wished for was given to him for nothing in return. He was spoiled brat in most people's opinions, and he was. But the only reason he grew up that way was due to the fact his mother died when he was 8. He father raised him making him the picture of perfection.
Due to this the son grew up to be even more bratty, and stuck up. Till one day he held a ball in honor of his new role as king. He shut his doors to the commoners who lined up to even get a glimpse of the ball, only allowing the most high class people into his castle. But a small old woman knocked on the castle door. The newly crowned prince opened the door. The woman asked for shelter from the storm that had started but, he refused to let her in and shut the door on her.
But that woman was not old, she was enchantress. She cursed the boy to be the beast he was on the inside, on the outside. And for his servants, they were to remain by his as the objects they were to him, for not stopping what he became.....

Over years the peasants forgot about the kings rule, due to a spell the enchantress cast. And this is where we open our story...upon the shut eyes of a sleeping french boy....

"NO!"
Levi sits up straight in his bed and groans as he hits his head on the low ceiling.
"LEVI! GET DOWN HERE NOW!"
He frowns and slowly gets out of bed and walks down the stairs. He sees his father, Farlan, holding Levi's cat by it's neck.

"Your cat just fucked up another in of my paintings again." Farlan frowned as Levi takes his cat.
"It's not her fault." Levi says petting her head. Farlan sighed as he nodded.
"I know...just make sure she doesn't go into my studio anymore, okay?"
"Alright father," Levi says nodding. He looks at the painting his cat ruined and frowned. "Oh...it was that one..." Farlan sighs and nods.

The painting was one of Levi's mother, whom had left Levi with his father. Levi never knew her, since she left him before he could remember her. And he knew he should hate her for leaving but he couldn't hate her, he didn't know why though.

"I'm going out," Levi said putting his cat on his shoulder and heading to the front door. He was already dressed due to the fact that he was an insomniac.
"Get some food while you are out," Farlan says.
"Alright," Levi says as he takes a few coins and his book, then walks out the door.

Levi sighs and walks down then stairs and through the garden, to the cobble streets. Slowly he walks through the crowds streets as the girls slowly start to whisper to each other about him, making him roll his eyes in annoyance. He looks over at them and they hold their breath in suspense.
"What are you looking at brats?" He growls annoyed as they all practically swoon, " 'Tch." He continues to walk as his cat sits on his head, "sleepy Isabel?"
Isabel meows in response as she curls up on his head and purrs. He smiles lightly and continues to walk to the market. He sighs thinking of his mother again and why he named his cat that...to admit it he doesn't know why though....

"Two loafs of bread," Levi says as he finishes up his shopping. He takes the bread and puts into his messenger bag, paying for it, walking away. Isabel meows as he walks into the library.
"Levi here for another book?" Pixis (the librarian) asks sliding down the ladder he was on.
"Yes sir," Levi says handing the one he had bright back.
"Did you like this one?"
"To be honest it was a bit too sappy for me," Levi says yawning a little.
"You found Romeo and Juliet sappy?" Pixis asks surprised as he put the book up on a shelf.
"Yes, I did. Now do you have anything new?"
"Well not yet but you can take another one that you've read already," Pixis says. Levi nods and looks around for his favorite poetry book. He picks it up, and starts towards the door.
"Which on is it," Pixis asks ready to write down the book next to Levi's name on a paper.
"The Edgar Allen Poe poetry collection," Levi says.
"I should have guessed," Pixis smiles, as Levi goes saying thank you.
"Well if it isn't my beloved Levi!" Levi groans annoyed Heath g that voice and word choice.
"Fuck off Auruo." Levi growls as he looks at the man behind him holding a bouquet of daffodils.
Auruo sighs with shorter guy with him. "Same to you Gunther."
"Levi darling don't be so mean," Auruo hums wrapping an arm around Levi's waist pulling him close. "You know you love me."

Levi frowns, as Isabel wakes up and sits up on Levi's head. She looks at Auruo and hisses at him scratching his nose. Auruo groans glaring at the cat as Levi knees Auruo in the crotch. Auruo let's go of Levi quickly falling to his knees, holding his crotch and dropping the flowers.
"Auruo!" Gunther quickly rushes to Auruo's side to help him. Levi rolls his eyes, "tch." He walks away from the two with Isabel with him.
