"I can't wait to move to Cali April it is killing me even since we arrived at the airport!" Maddy said. My best friend. We finished high school and got accepted to the university of California. I got accepted for soccer and teaching school and Maddy got accepted for journalism and music. She plays guitar and is looking to making music too. Maddy and I were so excited to move there we couldn't wait. We wanted to move away from our past and start a new life together. As friends. But unfortunately her brother Christian was coming with us because he got excepted too. He got excepted for teaching school and music. Well here it is , Maddy and I never liked Christian because he was annoying as hell. He would always be in your way even when your walking down the street and he would try to know anything about you that is really personal. Personally, I didn't like that part of the trip. My mom was not happy that I was leaving but she told me to follow my dreams. I was gonna miss her a lot and it hurt to leave her.
"Well who's ready to GO?" Christian asked yelling so loud that people who shouldn't have heard did hear. " yeah." Maddy and I said hesitantly. We gave our hugs and in a couple minutes. We were on the plane to Cali.
Maddy and I sat in the same column on the plane while Christian was sitting with someone he wasn't happy sitting with. For half the ride Christian was arguing with the guy about soccer. I couldn't catch it but it was something about messi. While they were arguing Maddy and I were taking selfies with each other and slept for the other half.
. " your flight has landed" I heard the attendant say and woke up swiftly. " Maddy? We are here. Wake up!" I said shaking her. She woke up.
I looked up to check on Christian. Again he was arguing with that guy. Literally, he was red. " are u that stupid kid!? Messi is the best kid I know in soccer and certainly you need to fix your glasses because you aren't watching soccer properly idiot!" And that's when he caught the attention of the whole plane. " Christian just drop ok? Can we start great here?" Maddy asked calmly. Christian nodded.
We walked off the plane in silence. We picked up our luggage and headed where we were supposed to be picked up. There was a man holding up a sign with our names

We walked over and he looked annoyed. " well what took you kids so damn long?" He said very angry. Excuse me? Last time I checked we were pretty quick I don't know about you but your eyes look the wrong way. Are you looking at the clock properly? We gave confused looks and didn't bother asking why he thought that and we said sorry.
We got in the cab and he drove us to our destination. To be honest, I didn't even know where we were going. " umm guys?" I whispered," do you know where we are going because I don't." I gave them a confused look. " um sir out due respect" he said in a British accent that was making us chuckle. " do you know out of curiosity where the hell we're going." He tried not to laugh while saying it. " your mom told me not to tell and that it was a surprise." He said and gave a smirk.
Seriously, this guy was plain rude as hell. I swear we just asked a question. Calm down kid. I started checking Instagram and vine on my iPhone. There was nothing new. In a couple minutes the driver told us that we were almost there.
To be honest he didn't like us so I was wondering if he was bringing us to some dump place. But in a couple minutes he spoke once again. " so we are here" he said un satisfied. I got out the car to grab my suit case. I looked up at where we were staying. This was the dream home Maddy and I drew on a piece of paper in math class in grade six. Wow mom really knew me really well. It had a red jeep and a Volkswagen golf that was white with purple rims.
