Annabeth and Rachel obviously didn't like each other. They kept glaring at each other.

I sighed. "We're almost there, Rach."

The most beautiful girl I had ever seen grabbed my arm, her red hair shining in the moonlight. I sighed. Her freckles were beautiful... and her green eyes were just-

"Um..." Annabeth cleared her throat.

I moved away from Rachel slowly as Annabeth kissed me. Rachel looked down.

I brought Rachel to the tent. She looked around. There wasn't much to see- a sheepskin tent, things necessary for survival, and my best friends' graves.

Rachel walked up to them and say next to me. "Who were they?"

"Piper McLean Leo Valdez. They loved each other. Died when Piper caught a fatal sickness and Leo refused to leave her side." I told Rachel.

She nodded. "Leo sounds like a young man worth respecting, and a Piper a lovely young girl."

I smiled. "They were."

Rachel hugged me. I hugged her back. "I wish I could have met them."

I laughed. "You and Piper would have gotten along. Maybe even become best friends..."

Annabeth called us for dinner. It was bread and three birds she killed. Rachel dug in, eating in a way they was so unprincesslike I had to laugh.

"What?" She said, wiping off some grease from her mouth.

I smiled. "Nothing."
