Something happened to Maya that has made her depressed and suicidal.
Her boyfriend Austin doesn't know about it and thinks that it's normal for her and that she's just hurting and sad for the moment and it will all go away with a little love.
But wh...
"Good morning Beautiful" (Austin says as he stares at her still laying on his chest)
"Hey.." Maya says sleepily.
"Do you know what day it is?" Austin says smiling and hugging Maya really tight.
"No...um, is it Friday? Maya says still trying to wake up completely.
"No.....it's Valentine's day!!" (Austin says as he gets out of bed and grabs a few things out of the closet)
Rubbing her eyes, Maya gets up and walks to the bathroom.
(Austin makes the bed and sets his little surprise up for Maya while she gets ready)
*10 minutes later* (Maya walks out the bathroom and sees what Austin did for her and drops to the floor surprised)
"Oh my god,is all this for me?" Maya exclaims.
"Yes babe, happy valentine's day. I love you and all that you are" (Austin says as he walks over to her to show her what he has to give)
"Aw, I didn't even have a chance to get YOU anything yet baby..." (Maya says a bit disappointed.)
"That's okay...I didn't really want anything..and besides,why would I want anything more than you? You're everything I could ever want." (Austin says looking into her tearful eyes.)
"Aw...this is all beautiful" (Maya says looking at at the bundle of red and white roses, pepporoni pizza, chocolate covered strawberries, and two cards laid out on the bed.)
"That's not even the half of it all babe..read the cards and for the rest of your day, well..expect a few surprises." (Austin says, excitedly anticipating what her reactions will be for the whole day.)
*Maya opens the first card and reads aloud: *
"Maya,you're as beautiful as the day I met you, and you're special to everyone ,mainly me I'm sure...go open the closet and see what's in store."
"Oh my god...the closet? I wonder what it is...you're just so full of love for me today aren't you?" (Maya says walking over to her closet.)
*Austin walks behind her*
"Open it babe,you'll love it I'm sure." "Austin excitedly says."
*Maya opens the closet*
"Oh my....dresses!!! They're soo beautiful!" (Maya says covering her mouth.)

"Choose one to wear today. They're all in your size and everything. But um, hurry up babygirl, you have an hour to get to school and i gotta get to work." (Austin says quickly getting ready for work.)
"Um, I will wear the one with a collar on it. My school's dress code sucks but at least i can still look cute while not breaking rules.." (Maya says as she gets dressed.) *30 minutes later* (Austin driving Maya to school and then himself to work.)
"Have a great day today babe." (Austin says as he places a rose in her hair and the second letter in her hand then kisses her goodbye.)
"I'm sure I will." Maya says.
*later that day (Lunch)* Maya stares at the letter Austin gave her earlier that morning. On the front of the letter reads, "Open at lunch." She opens it and it says: "I know you don't use your locker at all, but, I think it might be useful." And inside of that letter is another envelope that says "open afterschool." Maya goes to her locker and opens it to find pictures of her and Austin from when they first met all the way up until today. And a chest with a key taped onto it. The box has a note that reads "Open this and read the note inside and then open the first compartment." Maya gets excited and unlocks the chest and reads the note. "Read this aloud to yourself and make it a mental note: " I Maya Rosalie Kaye promise to never leave you, Austin Jonah Grace and to always love eachother through thick and thin, and to never let pain and darkness overshadow my heart in any situation. I am forever yours." She then opens the compartment to find a beautiful promise ring with Austin and Maya's name embedded in it in diamond and puts it on her finger and tells herself she'll never take it off. *afterschool* As Maya walks out of her last class, she opens the last note. It reads: "Don't get on the bus today. Walk to the front of the school. I will be waiting for you there. Love you."
Maya walks to the front of the school and sees Austin there waiting for her. Maya gets in the car and Austin starts driving. "Where are we going?" (Maya asks as she looks at the suitcase in the backseat.) "Don't worry about it for now, it's a surprise. Go ahead and take a nap. This is gonna be a little while..." (Austin says as Maya lies down and declines her seat back.) *1 hour later* They arrive at a hotel in another city. Austin checks in at the front and takes their stuff to the room. He then parks the car and wakes Maya up. She wouldn't wake up and he figures she's just really tired and carries her to the room and puts her pajamas on her and puts her in the bed. He gets his pajamas on and lays down in the bed with her and she moves into his arms. He smiles and turns on the tv.
