raman(st)-should i tell her the truth... No.....will she understands me....will she believe me....what if  she leaves me.. I cant afford that!!

He sat in car and drove back.
Raman reached home and ring the bell.
Neelu opens the door with a tensed face....
Raman-what happened...??

Neelu-bhaiya....wo....

Before she can say anything....
A girl of 7 years ran to him hugging his legs.
"Papa....daadi.....daadi said...."

Raman picked up ruhi and hugged her fully tensed. He ran inside. As he stepped in living room,he saw his parents crying and a woman wearing a blue off shoulder with a net saree was sitting fully in attitude with a lawyer beside her.
Ruhi-papa....i....don't....wanna go.

Said ruhi between her hiccups.
Raman-papa what's happening..?

Mr Bhalla stood up and goes inside without answering, he was too much attached with her. A retired oldie whose days passed only around that little angel. Toshiji cried more seeing Bhalla ji leaving crying.
Simmi-bhai...she has come for ruhi's custody.

Raman's grip on ruhi tightened listening simmi at once.
Raman-no....why..??Who is she.?

Lawyer-im sorry to say Mr Bhalla but you can't keep a daughter away from her mother. We just came to give you legal notice...after 2 days it's custody hearing.

Raman looked at Shagun angrily...
Raman-where were you these years..?? When she needed you. She was crying for you...but you didn't turned up...where were you..? Now you suddenly came to claim her...

Shagun was crying, looking at ruhi.
Shagun-can i take her in my arms once...?? She was not coming to me....please once....

Raman moved back with ruhi and showed his palm indicating no.
Raman-you didn't answered me...
Shagun-i searched....i searched madly for her everywhere but couldn't get her in whole Mumbai.

Raman-you are lying i gave every information everywhere....you are lying.

Shagun-I'm not lying....see.

Said Shagun showing the file...i tried everything.

Raman looked at the file and checked it with one hand. He was not able to stop his tears seeing it. File fell from his hand, he joined his hands ruhi still in his arms.
Raman-please....dont take her. She don't even eat without me..she..she has habit of jumping on me...in night....sometimes...sometimes....with Papa. And mumma...

Said raman going towards toshiji....
She is princess of mumma....mumma's day starts by giving her bath....and romi...

Said raman going towards romi.
He never keeps her down from his shoulders. Just look at these faces once...please don't do this.

Lawyer-im sorry Mr Bhalla but it's court orders....till the decision comes....baby has to stay with her mother....you can't stop it.

Romi and family were crying seeing raman's condition.
Romi-fine we will take stay order.

Lawyer-that's your right....but till then ruhi will stay with her mother....im sorry.

Shagun comes near raman and starts snatching ruhi. Ruhi started struggling in raman's arms fully crying & clutching on him.
Ruhi-papa....please stop her.....i ...i don't want to go.

Raman saw shagun's hand was tightened on ruhi's wrist.
He got angry and pushed her.
Raman-leave....you are hurting my angel.....

Said raman and blowed on ruhi wrist.
Raman-baby....see papa is here....nothing happened....no one will take you away.

Shagun got angry and stepped to take ruhi again.
Simmi-what type of mother you are...?? Can't you see you are hurting her...?

Shagun-don't teach me...i want my daughter.

Raman-stayyyyyyy.....just stay....I'm talking with her....let me handle it.

Raman screamed at the top of his voice which surely shuddered her.
He made ruhi sit and wiped her tears.
Ruhi-papa i don't.....

Raman-ssshhh..,! My baby...just listen to me.....you trust Papa right...??

Ruhi nodded in yes looking at him with her puffy eyes, which was fully red due to crying.
Raman-then don't cry and just go...& trust me..... Papa will bring you back....

Ruhi-but Papa....

Toshiji-ruhi puttar....just somedays....we will bring you back.

Ruhi again hugs them crying. Shagun takes away ruhi with her lawyer. Raman goes in his room. He opens the door and sees her all toys and books scattered, he remembers how he use to scold her for scattering these things....
He sits near bed hugging her teady and cries remembering the past when ruhi came in his life. Mumbai.....the place where his life changed....but for good.

Flashback....
Raman-mihir yaar...why you bought me in this boring mall....I'm bored of it.
Mihir-bhai i need some dresses please..

Raman agreed on mihir's insistence and goes inside. Suddenly there caught fire with a short circuit in one of the shop due to which everybody started running here and there. Mihir and raman ran out too.
After a while they both sighed in relief when they finally reached their car.
Raman-god mihir....what was that..?? We got saved...hope everyone is safe...?

Mihir-seems everyone is out.

Both were drinking water, just then they heard a child crying.
Both looked around the source of voice.
Mihir-bhai why do i feel it's coming from.....

Raman looked at him and then shrugged him shaking his head looking here and there....but again they heard the voice, both looked at each other and ran together at the back of their car.. They opened the diccky in jiffy, both closed their mouth in shock seeing a 1 year old baby sitting inside and crying. Raman instantly picked her up and started rocking her on his shoulder to make her quite.
Mihir-bhai....seems like someone intentionally....

Ruhi-mum...ma...mu..mma..mumma...

Raman looked around asking every single person whose daughter is she.... But no one said yes....mihir suggested to go police station....
Raman-what the.....like seriously mihir we came to Mumbai for meeting and now see where we have got stuck.

Till now ruhi was slept in his arms tired of crying. They complained in police station and used social media too by posting her pic with information.....but no one claimed ruhi.
Three weeks passed and raman couldn't return to Delhi....whenever he leaves her she starts crying.....police suggested him to leave her in orphanage but seeing her innocent face...raman couldn't make his heart. At last he talked at his home and told them everything...family agreed happily and asked him to bring her home.
Raman and mihir happily came back....with ruhi....and from then everyone started pampering her like she is their child. No one remembered that one day she has to go....raman was constantly in touch with Mumbai police but after 6 months when no news came he legally adopted ruhi. Slowly ruhi became soul of the Bhalla house. People taunted them day and night but this family was so good to give heed to anyone's talk. They ignored everyone's talk and raised rooh.

And today after 6 years a woman comes from nowhere claiming her as her daughter and takes ruhi away.... No... Raman was not going to leave like that. He will bring ruhi back. He send ruhi at shagun's house, though Shagun didn't saw Neelu at home she didn't recognise her. She kept her as servant without any doubt. Raman also gave Neelu one phone....& instructed her to make him talk to Ruhi whenever it's possible. Ruhi was happy seeing Neelu around.... But Neelu asked her to keep this as secret. Whenever Shagun goes somewhere ruhi used to talk to raman long. He saved her number as baby.
