the ambulance start to arrive  and valerie is still sobbing "mam are you going to come with us?" the emt says "yah thanks." valerie says then gets in the ambulance and the emt's start to put jeff in "don't worry babe it will all be okay I love you" valerie says and kisses his head. they then arrive at the hospital. valerie then walks with them to room 22 on the upstairs floor. "mam just stay here the doctor will be in in a minute." the emt says "t-thanks" valerie says as she wipes get tears from her eyes. " b-babe is that you." Jeff says  "Yes... Yes I'm here for you." valerie says with excitement  the doctor them appears. "we have severe damage in the lower back and we need to get surgery asap and remove the bullet." the doctor says "yes sir" the nurses say and take him too get his surgery done "I love you babe" jeff says "I love you too" valerie says with a sigh " I can assure you that he will come out fine now is there any thing that you need." the doctor asks with polite care. "No I'm fine but thanks" "your welcome just let me or the nurses know if you do ok you can use the tv the remote is right next to you" "thanks" valerie says as the doctor closes the door and leaves. she then pulls out her phone and calls shaant it is 8:00 pm "where are y'all?" shaant asks "the hospital jeff was shot by his ex carter and if you want to come go to the front desk and tell  them I sent  you we are upstairs room 22" "k thanks see you soon" valerie then hangs up her phone and puts in her headphones and plays the song boyfriend in a coma by Amanda Palmer. by the time the song is over shaant arrives. "hey are you ok valerie?" "yah I'm fine I just hope that he will be okay." "I'm sure he will be" Shaant says as he gives her a hug. she then starts to sob shaant then pulls her close "it will be okay . I promise" he says. she then plays the song again. and continues to sob "the tour is in 3 weeks not today once I heard I changed the dates" he says then Tom walks in "who is this shaant?" Tom asks "valerie from HLTR she is waiting for jeff to get out from his surgery." shaant says "why" Tom asks shaant then pulls Tom out side and explains everything.  "Oh I get it now im sure he will be ok" Tom says as he gives valerie a hug.  valerie then notices that Tom is holding her close. she then falls asleep in his arms crying.  then one hour passes bye jeff walks in and notices that the only one awake its shaant. "woah" jeff says "don't worry they're not like that Tom just held her until you got out but they fell asleep" shaant explains. "Oh ok can we go back to the house now" jeff asks "yah just wake them up" shaant says jeff then wakes valerie up and tom wakes up as well "hey babe are you all better" valerie asks "yah we just have to be careful with my back for 2 weeks" jeff says "hey bro" Tom says "hey were going back to the house are you coming with us?" jeff asks "yah my girlfriend just broke up with me so can I stay there for a while" Tom says "yah" shaant says they then go to shaants car and drive back.
