they then watch the movie in scilence and 1hour passes and valerie falls asleep on jeff. "aww so cute" shaant says "I love her alot" jeff says then kisses valerie on her head. "I cant imagine my life without her." jeff says. "well the movie is over so Im going to go in my room goodnight jeff"shaant says and yawns and makes his way to his room. jeff then picks up valerie and carries her to his room and tucks her In his bed "goodnight my love I hope to see your beautiful face when you awake the next day. so until then goodnight." jeff says and walks to the fridge and grabs himself a monster and a ham sandwich. he then sits on the couch and turns on the tv and spongebob is on. "why not" jeff says and opens his monster. takes a drink and then takes a bite of his sandwich. he then notices that spongebob is dancing on his roof with his snail "what the fuck why am I not there" jeff says. he then finishes his sandwich and starts to drink his monster again. jeff then turns off the tv puts the monster I. the fridge and grabs a water. he then hops on one of the two treadmills. he turns it on and puts the speed to 3.5 a walking speed with an incline of 1.0 he then starts to turn up the speed to a jogging speed. he pauses the treadmill and takes a drink of water. he then returns to walking speed. "heyy babe." valerie says then yawning "oh hey you fell asleep so  I put you in the bed I thought you would sleep comfortably there." jeff says as he pauses the treadmill. "well yah but I would rather be comfortable In your arms." valerie says with a smile  jeff then comes down from the treadmill and hugs valerie from behind and kisses her. "I have a half drunken monster in the fridge if you want it." jeff says "okay thanks babe" valerie says. she then walks to the fridge takes it out and starts drinking it. "this is good" valerie says.
