It was the last day of school before summer holidays so everyone was inpacient to hear the bell which ment three months of freedom from hell knowen as school.
Teacher was still doing their job but they saw kids whatching at the clocok hanging on wall
Shun was sitting next to his classmate and good friend Lucy as the bell finally rang and kids rush out happy.
Shun and Lucy walk out last from class as Shun's classmate Niki walk to them and smiles
Niki looks; So guys are you cominig to our class party or you two wanna be alone
Shun just eyed on Niki and glares a bit What are you talking about ? Of course we are coming but just for short time because we have something to do
Lucy nods Yes, he is right we will be there but we have something to do so we are not going to be for long time
Niki smiles: OK guys see you there she walks oft he spot
Everyone from class were on the lake as Shun and Lucy appear and jump in lake
Kazuma laughs: So wolf boy and phoenix girl showed up?! I tought you are scared, huh Shun?
Both of marked childern just smiled as Shun looked with amusement on his face of what Kazuma just stated
Kazuma looked and gets angry what's so funny freak show?
Shun rise his head Nothing! It is you that is making me laugh with what you are saying so please back off before things get ugly
Lucy and Niki just moved a side

Shun: Oh no way he started everything someone need to teach him a lesson

Shun glares angry Don't touch her! And don't test me to do anything stupid!
Lucy looks scared as she push Shun in lake Hold it right there Shun. You know better then that please
Shun: OK Lucy we better go * he gets out off lake and take Lucy out* Niki sorry we have to go now
Niki nods as Shun walk back home with Lucy
As they came to Shun's home Shun look around So what do you know about those marks please tell me
Lucy: Yes of course! So where to start off ? According to legend there was six more children similar to use, I mean there is six more marks and there is eight ancient weapon that is connected to each child
Shun looks each connected to a child? So which one would be mine? - he added
Lucy sheak her head Sorry I don't know that for sure but since we have three months free we can go exploring and find the other six kids
Shun nods sounds good to me - in that momment his mother came in
Shun: Oh hey mom you are home - he smiles

Shun's mom smiles oh please call me Izumi,ok ? All can I ask you something? she looked in girl
Lucy nods and show her mark I had a feeling you might ask about this so yes I have the same mark as Shun
Lucy then told everything about marks and children to Izumi
So you see we have to go and look for the other kids and we had planned to start tommorow Lucy said with a smiles
Izumi looked at his son as Shun nods ready to go
Shun: I know whole summer holidays are long period but I need to find out is this mark curse or blessing and you know it too mom, oh and I almost forgot since it is getting late do you mind if Lucy stays here for a night
Izumi sheak her head and smiles no not at all she can stay
Lucy blush ummm..thank you but I don't want to make any trouble but since you are so nice I will stay
All three of them went to sleep but not long after it Lucy woke up screaming and crying as Shun rush to guest room where she was
Shun sit on bed next to her - Are you ok Lucy ?- he asked
Lucy looks with eyes full of tears Yes, I am fine now thank you
He smiles - Bad dream I guess

A monster? - Shun asked
Yes but not any monster but Vampire, the queen of those things to be correct she said
Shun look oh really ?
They were talking all night as sun rise up showing it was morning
Izumi got up and made breakfast as door bell rang and on door was Lucy's driver coming to pick her and Shun up for their trip
She let him in and call the two kids
They walk to living room and see the driver
Shun: So it is time to go ? he asked
Driver nods as all of them get up and walk into car and head out
