The cold morning dew sprayed on the valley grass and plants. The bright golden sun gently rises over the violet majestic mountains. Brigit rests her head on her soft pillow, all she could think about was the death of the star crossed lovers Romeo and Juliet. Last night she finally finished Romeo & Juliet, the brilliant writing of William Shakespeare. Now that she finished Hamlet and Romeo & Juliet she can finally move on to Macbeth.
She woke up and started to move downstairs. Breakfast was being made, it was fruit and bread with milk. The smell of the fresh baked bread filled the room with a warm and sweet smelling aroma. Brigit sat down with her little brother Jacob who was already eating his bread and fruit. Brigit was now sixteen which means freedom or at least what she has heard. After Brigit ate she ran outside to her little place in the shade under the willow tree. She always reads there to escape daily life, we all know fantasy has less troubles than reality. Macbeth a tale of guilt and fear, relatable right? Brigit continued to read until she eventually fell asleep in the warm summer sun, dreaming of love and death, but Brigit felt like she was forgetting something or someone.
