So finally, we are here...
If you want still want to apply after reading all our long winded explanations and convaluted benefits. Here is what you need in order to be considered:
1. A good cover. Don't think your readers are above judging a book by its cover, and we are not either. If we read your story anyways inspite of a weak cover we may offer you some tips but don't count on joining until you have it up to our standards.
2. At least three chapters are out. We understand that your story is ongoing, but we need to be able to vet it to make sure our readers will be interested, so if you're not there yet, come back to us soon!
3. At least ten chapters left. We don't want to add a great story to our list, only to have it dropped thereafter by the author. If you're at the end of book 1 and moving on to book 2 in a series then we can work things out, but otherwise 10 chapters left is the minimum
4. You need to be willing to meet all the expectations in the Details Chapter. If you didn't read it, go back and do so now, if we accept you and you still haven't read it, it will become apparent to everyone very quickly... so don't do it.
HOW TO APPLY
It's simple, just PM this account with a 2-3 sentence plug for your book as well as the open day you would like to update on, and a link so that we can see the details. We will try to respond within 1-2 days to atleast let you know we got your message and are reviewing your book.
Just to reiterate, we only accept applications for open days, so if you want to update on a Tuesday and we already have someone for that day... just make life easier and don't do it.
Be aware, after we review your book if we like the story we may make a few recommendations, before we are willing to take you on. One thing we like to see is a very structured update schedule listed in the description or chapters even if its not on the day you applied for.
Also, if you want to update your book faster than once a week, feel free to do so, as long as you don't skip the day you've committed to with us. However, remember that we want your book on our list for at least 10 weeks, so don't rush through it too quickly.
