Viktor had me dressed in the dress I wore the day I woke up, with my new pair of Louboutin pumps. Cordelia did my hair in lose curls and my eyeliner was on fleek as usual, she finished the look with some red lipstick but the awesome kind where it doesn't come off. "You look perfect!" Viktor praised. I laughed. "Why do you need me to dress like this anyway?" I asked, "I feel like I'm trying to pull or something!"

"Pull?" He questioned, that's rare he usually knows this kind of stuff. "Trying attracted someone... you know... flirt," I explained. He smiled. "That's because you are!" He laughed. WHAT?! "Viktor what are you up to?" I complained. He kissed my cheek and took my hand. We walked to the lift and went to the pent house before he finally decided to explain. "Before any of us walk into the meeting, you my dear are going to walk in by yourself... this bastard will see you and begin flirting," Viktor laughed, "you're going to flirt back."

"I am most certainly NOT!" I shouted before grabbing my coffee and sulking. Ivan came up with a toasted bagel... god these are yummy. I took a bite which cheered me up considerably until Viktor opened his big mouth again. "You will... until we walk in after a few moments, you will continue to flirt with him until I'm sat down," he ordered, "and then you're going to sit with me... I'll do the talking from there onwards." Suddenly my bagel wasn't as tasty. "That's a stupid plan..." I muttered under my breath, "what do you even expecting gain?"

He chuckled. "His jealousy..." he bragged. I took another bite of my bagel, if I don't eat breakfast I'll be hungry all day. "And how exactly would that be to your advantage..." I lectured, "if he's as hotheaded as Antonio and Luca say, surely he'll take it as a challenge and get pissed off therefore, causing you trouble... you're reason to come here was to make alliances right, I'm pretty sure this is what you call the opposite of that!" I heard Luca snicker across the room.

"She does have a point," he gloated. I looked at Viktor, he was not impressed. "Annabelle, Its this or let him have you and I'm not prepared to hand you over to him on a platter," Viktor stated, "you are mine and I'd sooner start a war between my Bratva and his clan than let him have his way with you!" I rolled my eyes at him.  He leaned over me gave me a kiss and stole a bite of my bagel... what is his problem about stealing my food! "I love you," he whispered. "It's a good job I love you too!" I laughed.

                           ****************

I walked into the bar and there he was. He was laughing with what looked to be close friends but I could tell they worked for him. It was as if time stopped for a second when he spotted me. For me it was out of fear but I could tell there was awe in his eyes. He stopped his men for a moment and whispered something so I walked towards the counter. He quickly followed. "I know I said I'd find you but I wasn't expecting you to find me..." he chuckled. I rolled my eyes. "Hello too Josh," I giggled... this was disgusting.

"You are certainly a sight today... I mean you were gorgeous yesterday but today... you're positively radiant," he sizzled. Got to hand it to him, he's really trying. "Can I buy you a drink?" He asked, placing his hand on the counter. "You may," I replied as I straightened his scruffy tie, "whiskey." He got the bar tender to come over before saying, "and cola?" I laughed and replied, "neat." He seemed impressed and got the bar tender to pour a double shot. "You insult me with your minuscule measurements!" I shunned. He took the bottle from the bar tender and filled the glass up more. "Thank you," I praised.

He walked me over to his men. "Men this is Annabelle... the girl I was talking about," he introduced me. "You can't mean... but that girl... she's the girl..." one of the men stuttered. I smiled. "Someone watched the news then," I laughed. Josh seemed really confused. Then they walked in. Viktor, Antonio, Luca and a handful men walked in and ordered drinks in the bar. "Ahh... Annabelle, come sit with me," he ordered, "I have a meeting but once it's over we can spend the day... getting aquatinted with each other." He coaxed. I stood for a moment until Viktor and the others sat down. I smiled at Josh then drank the whole glass of whiskey.

I giggled as I looked at him and then walked over to Viktor and sat on his lap. "Good girl," Viktor purred, planting his lips on mine which I enjoyed. I looked at Josh's face and laughed, "maybe you should watch the news before deciding a girl now belongs to you!" His men shook their heads. The one from earlier decided to elaborate, "she's Annabelle Brewer, the news is in a frenzy about her... she was kidnapped from England a couple of months back and then a few weeks ago the police released a letter sent by her saying she was kept as the head of the Russian Mafias women!"

Josh just glared at Viktor. "I'm guessing you're the head of the Bratva..." he hissed, "what can I do for you." Viktor laughed. His grip on me got a little tighter. "You can stop pursuing MY woman," he replied sounding calm but everyone could tell he was angry. Josh chuckled, "and if I won't?" I looked at Viktor he actually quite calm. "That would be a problem... for you at least," he taunted. Well the negotiations are going well I can see. "I need another drink," I sighed and got up.

"ANNABELLE..." both Viktor and Josh shouted at the same time, "SIT." Oh no they did not! "Excuse me... do I look like a fucking dog?" I hissed at them, "I may have been kidnapped and I belong to him but that does NOT MEAN I'M GOING TO DO AS THE BOTH OF YOU TELL ME TO DO!" I turned around and charged over to the bar. "3 large shots of vodka!" I shouted. The man was quick to pour... I took them back to the table everyone was sat at. I gave Viktor one shot, Josh another and kept one for myself.

"You both will come to some kind of conclusion which does not involve a feud or god help me I will shoot you both and just go fucking home!" I screamed. Josh left the shot and began to walk away but I pulled out the throwing knife I was given this morning and threw it at him. It hit exactly where I aimed... the sleeve of his shirt was now attached to a wooden load bearing beam standing up from the floor. "Don't test my patience..." I bellowed. He smirked and pulled the knife out of his shirt.

"I will not make an agreement to stop my pursuing fully as it would be a false promise... Annabelle I want you and eventually I will take you, when you stay and become mine is another story," Josh challenged, giving Viktor a taunting smile, "but I will agree to leave you be for now... for a kiss!" A... A WHAT!?! Everyone suddenly pulled out their guns causing any civilians in the bar to run away. It hit me how serious all this actually was. I looked at Viktor who had walked over to me and, as usual, had his arm around my waist.

"This reminds me of a scene from pirates of the Caribbean," I laughed, "are you all pirates now?" Everyone slowly put their guns away causing me to laugh even more... it was definitely the scene from At Worlds End. I grabbed the vodka. "Drink on it and I'll do it," I sighed. The three of us drank the vodka and I turned to face Josh. I didn't need to look at Viktor to see he was frowning, I could tell by the smirk plastered on Josh's face.

"I don't want a quick peck either... give me everything you've got!" He teased. I looked away for a moment before composing myself. I got closer to him but kept my distance which was quickly subverted when he grabbed me by the waist and pulled me closer. He took his time placing his lips on mine, giving a quick glance to Viktor behind me as he did. His kiss was soft to start but became fierce, he moaned with pleasure as he did. He opened his eyes to glance at me and that's when he noticed it.

I hadn't closed my eyes through the entire kiss. I pushed myself off of him and turned back to Viktor. I took my time kissing him which he greedily enjoyed. This time I sent a glance to Josh who was filled with rage. "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned," Antonio chuckled as we all walked out of the bar. I turned my head to give Josh a sly smirk as I left. The last thing I saw was him punch the wall and scream as I got into the Range Rover.
