12: Wonderland

*Next day.

Katy's POV.

I woke up today and Ava was still asleep. I looked at my clock and its 9:43.

"Ava get up!" I say.

"Five more minutes" she says.

"Alrighty then" I say as start to make her bed levitate in the air.

"Are you kidding me?!" she yells.

"You awake now?" I say.

"Put me down Katy!" she yells.

"Alright, alright" I say as I place her bed back on the floor.

"I'm going downstairs to get breakfast, you comin'?" I ask.

"Yeah" she says as she gets up and we walk downstairs and see mom.

"Good morning" she says.

"Morning" I say.

"What are you girls doing today?" she asks.

"Not much. I wonder what the boys are doing" I say.

"You wanna find out?" Ava says.

"We'll be back later mom" I say as we both snap our fingers and then we are in Jared's room in the castle.

"How are we gonna wake them up?" I say.

"Same way you made me get up today" she says.

"Lets do it" I say as we start to make the beds levitate.

"What the....... Katy! Ava!" Jared yells.

"No it's Santa Claus" I say sarcastically.

"Put us down!" Nick yells.

"Should we Ava?" I ask.

"I don't know" she says.

"I don't think we Should" I say.

"Please" Jared says.

"Fine" I say as I snap my fingers and the bed falls and Ava does the same.

"Good morning" I say.

"Sure" Jared says.

"So, what are we doing today?" I ask.

"Why don't we go to a different land?" Ava asks.

"I don't know, dad always says that crossing worlds is the hardest spell" I say.

"You never know if you don't try" she says.

"Well, which world do you think we should go to?" I ask.

"Wonderland" she says.

"Then it's settled, we're going to Wonderland. boys, stand in a line" I say as they both stand in a line and I look at Ava and she nods. we both wave our hands and them we are all wearing the same clothes we wore when we were chasing the ogres.

"Lets go" I say as I grab Jared's hand and Ava grabs Nicks hand. Me and Ava both snap our fingers and then we are transported. Somewhere. this doesn't look like Wonderland. it looks like we are in New York. I snap my fingers and then we are in wonderland and Ava and Nick are staring at us with wide eyes.

"What happened?" Ava asks.

"I-I don't know" I say looking down at my hands.

"Well, what do you guys want to see first?" she asks trying to change the subject.

"I wanna meet the caterpillar!" I yell.

"TO THE CATERPILLAR!" She yells fist pumping the air as we start walking until we see the caterpillar.

"Who are you?" he asks.

"I am Katy Jane Cassidy. This is Henry Charming. and this is Ava and Nicolas Tillman" I say.

"You are not Katy Jane Cassidy" he says.

"What are you talking about? I ought to know who I am" I say.

"You ought too" he says as he disappears into the smoke surrounding him.

"Well then" Ava says as I start to feel dizzy and fall down.

"Katy!" Jared yells as he, Ava and Nick run over to me.

"Are you okay?!" Ava asks.

"I'm fine" I say standing up and I start to fall again but this time Jared catches me.

"We need to get you back to the town" he says.

"Ava has to do it" Nick says as Ava nods and waves her hand in the air and we transport back to the town where we all go back to my house and dad comes to see what's wrong.

"Well, all I can say is she is just sick" he says.

"When will she be better?" Jared asks.

"A week at the most" he says.

"Alright, you can go back to work" I say.

"Get better soon" he says as he leaves.

"I'm not sick. there's something wrong with my powers" I say standing up and walking out side with Jared.

"I don't know what's wrong but what if I hurt someone?" I say.

"You wouldn't hurt anyone" he says.

"I wouldn't, but my powers have a mind of their own" I say as my hands start to glow blue and I realize what's about to happen.

"Jared get away from me!" I yell.

"What's wrong?" he asks.

"You just need to get away from me!" I yell as the ground starts to freeze and I start to run. I run as fast as I can until I can't run anymore I see its snowing around me and there's snow everywhere. I'm far away from any civilization. this is where I probably should stay. I guess this is my new home.
