Omega pov
"Surreace," I growled "What the hell did you do?"
I embraced the feeling of power as Surreace cowered fearfully under my glare. Some say stars seem to explode in my eyes when I get the slightest bit mad. I could only imagine what they looked like now.
"I-I-I d-didn't do-"
"Do you know what will happen now that she knows who I am?"
Taking deep breaths, I tried to calm myself. I did not want a repeat of what happened the last time I got angry. Everyone was slowly backing away from me and Artemis, too scared to say anything, stood there shaking in fear. My mind began raking through everything I knew, looking for a way to solve the predicament.
"I'm sorry." I stated, placing a warm hand on her forehead. Instantly, she fell into a deep mid-cleansing sleep.
I allowed my laziness to take over and opened a portal to my room."Take her back to her room." I called over my shoulder.
Trying to act cool, I tripped through the portal, landing on my face. Forcing back a cuss word, I rose to my feet. The walls of my room rippled as a comet hurtled through space. My room was a one-way mirror of the universe. Everything that was happening would be depicted on the walls of my room. I could change things in the universe by simply touching them as if I was God.
I lay on my bed, subconsciously switching the places of planets, as I thought of a way to lift my boredom. A soft knocking was heard from my door.
"You can come in!" I yelled. Artemis walked into the room looking as beautiful as ever. The way her hair waved through the air, her eyes twinkling like ea star on a dark night.
"Staring isn't polite."
I blushed crimson at that comment.
"You know you scared us back there. We thought you were going to blow like last time."
"Yeah, sorry about that." Was my sheepish reply.
She suddenly pulled me into an unexpected hug that I was sure was with a friendly intent. Sadly, that didn't stop the tingling sensation that I felt once her skin made contact with mine. It was like a small jolt of electricity was passed from her into me. I was surprised at first but slowly melted into the hug. Her forest like scent engulfed me and took me to a seemingly endless state of pleasure.
"If you need a friend, I'm always here." Her muffled voice whispered in my ear.
"I probably should go." Another speaker stated.
"Umm..... No?" I answered as we pulled away from pulled away from each other, a funny shade of red.
"Omega, can I talk to you for a second?"
"Sure, dad."
He created a strange orange portal on the wall and stepped through with me carefully trailing him. Time slowed down at my command as we travelled through the portal. I was at a loss of words. The inside of the portal was as vivid as a kaleidoscope, pigments shimmering in and out. All the colours appeared to be originating from my dad and me. I had only been in a portal with my father once and that was before I had acquired my complete abilities. The colours finally stopped dancing as we stepped out.
Dad, looking at a picture of me on the wall of his bedroom said "I have an assignment for you."
"What is it?"
"The Greeks can't fight my brother and daughter on their own. They will need all the help they can get. The seal I put on the abyss is weakening. I can't tell when he will be free but when he gets out, they will need to have an army, ready for his attacks."
