Chapter Two.)
The Devil Himself
-----------------------
You huffed in annoyance as you glanced over all the pedestals, two of them being empty. You crossed your arms and tapped your foot as you looked at the other four, the items your had placed on them now floating, but after all you had seen something as small as that was nothing to flip over. You had puzzled out the the first thing you should probably do is turn on the ink machine since it seemed to power this entire place. You had found the room with the power switch and there were six pedestals placed around, thread on each side with pictures behind them. You were confused at first until you found a recorder that had an entry from an old worker. From his complaining you figured you had to find the items pictured for each pedestal.
You had found the plushie, the cog, the ink well, and the book, but you still needed the wrench and record. You didn't know why you needed them, you just followed what the "Wally" guy was complaining about. You continued searching through the work shop, finally finding the record near the front where you had entered. You took it back and placed it on its pedestal as it started to float. You shivered at the unsettling sight and moved on. All you needed was the wrench.
As you looked around you glanced in the direction of the Boris room. You had no intention of going anywhere near it again.. until you saw something that made your heart drop. The wrench.. was lodged into the center of Boris' chest. Your eyes widened as you gulped, your figure trembling as you slowly approached the restrained corpse. You held your breath as you walked into the room, reaching out a shaky hand as you looked away, grasping the metal object and giving it a good tug. It popped out along with a sickening crack from the lifeless body. You squealed and ran from the room, the idea of reaching into a dead body of one of your childhood idols making you sick.
You went back and put the wrench on the pedestal, afterwards a click resounded through the room and you turned to the switch and saw the words were flashing "Low Pressure". You tilt your head in confusion until it pops in your head, realizing there was a large machine in the projector room you had ran to. You decided to check it out as you walked out of the room. Your turned to walk down the hallway, feeling a bit more comfortable now as you knew your way around a bit more. Though you gasp and stop in your track when you look forward and see a Bendy cutout peak around the corner and then disappear. Your heart thumped as you became horrified once again as you continued forward, looking around. You peeked around the corner, finding no one, just the cutout, against the wall. You thought that maybe you had imagined it, though you didn't think you were that off your rocker yet. You walked into the room and inspected the machine, smiling a bit as you pressed the large button labeled, "Ink Pressure".
You strolled back to the the pedestal room and to your relief, the words were now flashing, "Ready". You walked to the lever, gripping it but hesitating for a moment. And odd feeling of guilt suddenly rushed over you as you glanced down at the metal in your hands. You sighed for a moment, contemplating whether turning on the machine was the best idea before you shook your head and rolled your eyes.
"It's just a stupid machine (Y/n).. look at it this way, at least you'll have lights besides creepy candles!" You talked to yourself as you giggled, the sound slightly echoing. You turned back to the machine and gave the lever a good push, activating seemingly then entire building. As you trend to leave you noticed that all the items were.. evaporating?! All the items dissolved into thin air before your eyes and to your dismay, the lights actually went out. You were terribly confused but you ventured forth to check on the ink machine.
As you walked through the halls, you could hear the ink sloshing through the pipes, some of which were leaking, leaving even more of a mess than before. As you turned the corner to the ink machine, you stopped in your tracks and tilted your head, cocking an eyebrow in confusion.
"What the.. the was never boarded up before.." you said to yourself as you watched the ink machine pump out mass amounts of ink onto the floor, the machine thumping and steaming as it worked. You took a step forward and reached out to try to pull off the boards, tugging at them, you failed to disconnect them. You pouted in frustration, still confused as you looked between the boards at the machine.
"Well.. this is weir- AHHHH!" You screamed bloody murder as an ink covered white glove grabbed your wrist, pulling you against the boards, not letting you leave. You struggled and screamed as you watched a horrific monster appears from behind the boards. A tall, inky disgrace, with a sickening grin and a.. bow tie? The more you screamed and stared at it, you noticed that it looked like.. no.. it's couldn't be.. but if Boris could have been real then maybe this is..
"BENDY!" You scream as you struggle to escape, though suddenly, the creature stops, holding you up off the ground by your wrist and staring at you.. well.. his head was in your direction.. if he had eyes you couldn't see them due to the ink dripping down his face. The grin on his face turned into a confused frown, you weren't really sure what was going on but, if you weren't going to die you didn't care! You gulped as you have him a sad look, suddenly that feeling of guilt you had coming back, but more as a feeling of empathy.
"Bendy.." you started again, softly as you looked at the creature in front of you, "What did they do to you..?" Was all you could think to say before he gently plopped you down to the ground, tilting his head at you as if deciding what to do. You looked at him, confused and still sad over how a character you loved had been pushed to a point of breaking like this. To your surprise, the tall, inky, form began to.. well.. melting is what it looked like. You could hear ink pooling onto the ground on the other side of the boards. You stepped back as some pooled at your feet, though the sound of boards breaking got your attention. One by one the couple boards were removed and you couldn't believe what.. or who you saw standing on the other side. When the boards were gone, there stood Bendy, looking just as you remembered him from all those years of watching him on your television. You couldn't only stare as he dropped he last board and stared up at you, being at about half your height. He sighed and looked to the side, scratching the back of his head before looking up at you again.
"I'm sorry you had to see that.. I'm Bendy.. though you seem to know that.. what's yours?" He spoke, sporting the wonderful Bostonian accent you knew and loved.
