The Chase (sequel to the Hybrid)

Chapter 4

Jason's P.O.V

She jumped up and started pacing around even more.

"Bailey. Bailey Wild. As the most powerful hybrid over me. She is the one after my baby!" Then she took a vase and threw it against the wall. Her eyes were glowing and her body seemed to glow golden too. 

"Hey.Hey." I said as I walked up to her and gave her a hug and she hugged me back. " She won't hurt her as long as I am here. She wouldn't hurt her because then it would hurt me. She won't get to Sarah. Not over my dead body." I said and looked her in the eyes. The bluest of blues. I wish Sarah would have gotten her eyes but she got brown eyes but they were the most beautiful brown ever. 

"She won't find out about her and she won't hurt her. I promise"

Bailey P.O.V

She walked out of the house and Jason waved to her as she got into her car. I was in the woods beside his house looking at the scene. 

It doesn't seem like they are together but there is someone he is hiding and I need to know who. 

It was almost night time and I needed to get back into my apartment before sun down and I still need to go find some blood bags. 

I quickly changed into my wolf because she needed to run and she was calmed down now and ran all the way to the woods behind the hospital. I changed into one of the doctors that works here and went into the hospital through the back door. I passed by one of the doctors and snuck their key badge by bumping into them but she was in so much of a rush that she didn't even notice. I quickly went into the room that held the blood bags but who I saw stopped me in my tracks.

The bitch from the gas station and she was stealing blood bags already.

I cleared my throat. "Excuse me what do you think you are doing?" I asked her and she quickly got up but not without bumping her head on the shelf she was hunched under. She quickly turned around and showed me her fangs and then lunged at me at full speed but I dodged her easily and then I quickly knocked her over the head and made her pass out. It would only last a few minutes because she is a vampire after all. I quickly got the blood bags out of her hands and vampire sped out of that hospital and to my apartment. I changed into Bailey once I got into my apartment and went to go take the doctor's clothes off and take a shower. I felt my emotions try to come forth but I quickly held them back. I felt a tear fall down my cheek and I quickly got out of the shower and went into the kitchen to eat a blood bag. Then I felt something I haven't felt for a while.

Sadness. Depressed. 

I breathed in deeply and quickly let it out and went into my room to change into pajamas. I quickly went into my bed to try to figure things out. 

Who is that woman? How did she make that guys eyes bleed and make him choke on blood? Is she a hybrid like me? Who is this person Jason is trying to hide? Why does Francisco know about her?

Then I had a plan.

Bailey won't find out who he is hiding but Derek will.

Mark's P.O.V

The town was in ruins. I walked quickly through the streets with my hood up trying to get back to my house in one piece but someone apparently wanted to get in my way.

"Where you going mate?" Ashley asked as she stopped in front of me.

But this wasn't the Ashley that was my mate.

This Ashley is a monster.

Her long blonde hair was now black and her once blue eyes were black.

She had tattoos running up her arms. The thing that is controlling her is making her like this.

"Home." I said and then pushed past her but then she stopped me. Her hand was raised and she just had me stuck under a spell.

"You can't just walk away from me." She said and her voice turning into a growl.

"But the thing is I can because if I die, you die. If I get hurt, you get hurt." I said and then she let her hand down. 

"Fine, but just know I will find a way to break this bond." She said and then walked away. I watched her walk away with her long black dress trailing behind her and the crown on her head made of thorns.

I turned around and looked at what the town has come to.

People walking around looking grey from their souls being sucked out of them. 

Zombies with no way to get their souls back. 

I quickly walked to my house. The only house that has green grass and walls that are a color of any sort that is still left in this town. I quickly walked through the magic barrier surrounding it. 

This town will never be the same again, not with her being controlled by some demon and her powers on full force.

Welp another one here for you. It's summer and I'm feeling creative. By the way I'm sorry for the last chapter, you probably hate me for it but oh well. I hated myself. HAHA. Anyway hope you enjoy these two chapters, or not because you probably don't like me right now but here you go.
