TAEHYUNG'S P.O.V.

"I'm telling you we need more balloons!"

"Aish, we'll just buy the already blown ones now shush," Jin placed the packs of balloons back on the shelf and shook his head in disagreement, "it's efficient. There's less work."
Being the old man he is, he kept mumbling on with his thoughts.

"Hyung, we can get a balloon pump, now stop being so difficult!" I whined as I threw the balloons back in, holding them at the bottom of the trolley.

"Arasseo! But don't come to me when your muscles ache and you can't even pick up a spoon." He pushed the trolley and we entered the desserts aisle.

"You ordered the cake, right? When do we have to pick it up? Ooh what cake is it?" Jin squealed with excitement at the thought of the sweet cake.
When it came to food, Jin was always excited. There was nothing in this world that brought a smile as big as the one he has when thinking about food. He posts videos regularly on social media, that are about an hour long, where he just eats. Literally just eats. He doesn't even give an adequate review of the food he's eating. He just follows his gulps with "ahh yummy" and "how can something be so delicious?".
As well as eating food he rather much enjoys cooking. He cooks for everyone and anyone, eagerly trying to impress them with his culinary skills and, let me tell you, he doesn't ever fail to wow. From taste to appearance, he's capable of dazzling everyone with his well-prepared meals.
Ugh now I'm craving some of his famous mushroom and miso stew.

"I got a chocolate fudge cake since that's Miso's favourite. We need to pick it up at 4." I answered.

I placed two boxes of chocolate iced doughnuts into the trolley and began pulling it from the front while Jin pushed it from the back. We gathered a vary of desserts; all chocolate because Miso doesn't like anything other than chocolate and vanilla, and went over to the poultry aisle.

Head chef Jin suggested grilling fish for lunch on the day that Miso's back and then having an evening barbecue. I liked the idea because of the closeness and togetherness of friends and family that had connotations with it and also you can't say no to Jin's fabulous ideas. Even if you want to do something else he would argue 'til ends point. It's 'unbeliBUBBLE'. He also specialises in dad jokes. Don't ask.

We finished paying for the shopping and were filling the boot of the car with all the bags filled with heavy items. I was about to drive off, on to the motorway to go back but saw Yeseul noona waiting by the bus stop. I signalled right and came to a halt just near the curb.

"Oh, Yeseul, where are you going?" Jin asked, leaning forward so he could see her face.

She bent down modestly and peered through the window, "I'm heading to the library to borrow some books and revise for my final exams." Yeseul is 23 and is currently studying Social Economics and Business in hope to build a large charity service for refugees and orphans. Hoseok is also studying the same thing; they're both in the same classes which is how the know each other. The pair's relationship is definitely one that displays love for people that are more than friends, with Hobi hyung constantly messaging her and the excuses of being with her every time us seven friends are trying to plan something. In our group of friends, 'squad' if you will, there are seven of us- Namjoon, Jin, Yoongi, Hoseok, Jimin, Jungkook and I. We became friends through each other and I think it's safe to say we all look at each like we're brothers.

"We can take you there, hop in." I invited her in with a welcoming smile.

"Anhi, the bus is here already. You guys go, I'll come at 7 to help with the setting up." she bid us adieu and we drove off along the bus. Soon we made it to our house. I used to live with my sister until she signed up for the military. As soon as the Korean law allowed women to join, she entered. Although it allows women to join on their own will, men still have to join between 18 and 35. I'm planning to join when I'm about 25 in the same military station as my sister. I currently work as a webtoon artist and writer. I'm working on a current comic called Inside the Manhole.

Inside the Manhole is about a high-schooler that spots a classmate going down different manholes numerous times after school. One day he decides to follow her down and discovers she's part of a secret spy organisation and is soon intertwined with dangerous missions.

I didn't feel the need to go to university to earn a profession in drawing and plotting comics; it sounded pretty daft to me to be taught how to be creative and concise given that it was something I could easily do.

Jungkook's ambition is to either design games or test them. He wants to evaluate the pros and cons of the graphics in games as well as the story line and much more so he is working his way to earn an art-related HND.

Jin, other than being a renowned chef, wants to be a teacher for young kids in Primary school. He enjoys working with children and is currently taking his teacher training course as well as other courses. Namjoon hyung is the same but he wants to work with kids in Secondary school with a science degree.

Hoseok wants to continue a dance career and is going to open a dance academy soon along with Yoongi hyung who wants to incorporate his ideas of a youth centre with Hobi's creativity (i.e. dance).

Jimin is currently studying History and Politics but isn't sure where he wants to go with it.

Thinking about occupations is distracting.

Jin and I start blowing up balloons and soon enough Jimin and Hoseok came to help. We blew until we had no breath left to spare for ourselves. Namjoon, Yoongi and Yeseul came and then helped with the food preparation. We marinated the fish and chicken in tasteful spices and put the bowls in the fridge. Everyone was busy either decorating or cleaning -everyone except Jungkook who still wasn't here.
