Percy's POV

"Who was it? And why did I see Athena with you?" Piper pushed past the crowd and stared at me with her kaleidoscope eyes. Then she gasped. "Wait. Pink glitter, the smell of expensive overpowering perfume..."

Please don't say it. Please don't say it.

"APHRODITE!" Piper howled. She looked scary. Scarier than Annabeth. I swallowed. "What did she do? And more importantly, what did she say? I can't believe her! MOTHER! I told you to stay away from me and my friends!"

Wow, Thalia would be impressed by Piper's temper. I shuddered when the image of Wise Girl, Thalia and Piper teaming up against me, Jason and Frank. Too bad Thalia is passed out on the floor, asking me did help.

"SILENCE!" Chiron stomped his hoof. Bang! Bang! Bang!

I breathed out in relief.

"Not now, Piper. You can talk to your mother later but right now, we'll finish this conversation later." Chiron stared at me. I nodded. "Percy, go to Argus, he's waiting near Thalia's Tree."

I turned to leave but remembered Annabeth. "Hey wait, is Annabeth free-"

"Good luck, Perce!" Drew smiled at me. She's been better ever since Piper taught her a good lesson.

"Umm. Yeah, thanks, Drew."

She beamed. "So...If you ever dump that Annabeth, I'm totally free." Drew winked at me and I ran out.

"ARGUS!" I shouted and screamed like a girl when he popped out of nowhere. I could hear laughter coming from the big house. Great.

"Gods you scared me!" I patted his back and climbed in the car. Argus grunted and his eyes on his forehead blinked. I took that as Nice to see you, buckle your seatbelt unless you want to die.

The entire car ride was awkward with Argus looking at me from his shoulders. When I arrived, Mom and Paul rushed out.

"Percy! Oh, my baby!" Mom hugged me so tight and squeezed half the life out of me. Paul shook my hand and patted my back, asking how camp was.

"My Gods, Percy! Do you know how worried we were when Annabeth said that you went missing? Why didn't you come to visit? You missed one year of school, Perseus Jackson! Oh, do you have any idea how much I've missed you! Are you okay?"

"I'm fine, Mom! But I need to breathe!" She released me before hugging me again.

"Sally, let's go inside." Paul took my bags.

"So, Percy, what did you do this summer?" I looked at him. "Do you really want to know?" They both nodded and we settled on the couch.

Mom quickly ran to the kitchen and returned with a plate of blue cookies. "We're listening, dear."

I took a deep breath and started from the top. "So after you heard that I went missing at Camp Half-Blood, Annabeth found three demigods, Jason, Leo and Piper, and a satyr named Gleeson Hedge who liked to shout DIE while trying to find me. But Jason was a Roman demigod and the son of Jupiter. Piper was a daughter of Aphrodite and Leo...Leo was the son of Hephaestus. He had a unique power-the control over fire."

I paused and took a big bite out of a blue chocolate-chip cookie, enjoying it's smoothness before continuing. "Then they figured out that if Jason was at Camp Half-Blood, than I would have to be at Jason's old camp. It was called Camp Jupiter and it was for Roman demigods. They lived so peacefully with amazing food and architectures, Mom. There were old couples with families. Then Leo built a giant war ship called the Argo II. They came and rescued me but Leo was possessed and declared war on the Romans."
