"We could never do this again.." I said slipping my shirt and jeans back on. He only laughed, watching me struggle in such a hurry to get back downstairs to my boyfriend. I hadn't found any sort of pleasure at all from him, but I definitely did with his brother.
"You say that all the time, but come right back for more. Just admit that you want this just as much as I do." He pulled me back into bed and kissed on my neck, making me laugh.
"Stop. I have to go." I giggled and attempted to get out of his hold. He finally let me go after giving me a dozen more kisses.
"I'll see you later?" He sat up. I went back to my serious demeanor and fixed my black hair.
"No." I took a deep breath and grabbed my things.
"Why do you keep doing this Nicole, it's a waste of your time and mine. This whole 'I don't want this' thing has been played out. Long time ago."
"Because, you're Seth's- you're his brother. He's the love of my life. It would crush his soul. And things would never be the same if he ever found out."
"Never know until we try." He shrugged.
"No, leave it alone. Good bye." I walked out and he only chuckled.
"You'll be back."
"Whatever. Have a good day Joe. Get used to knowing that I'm not coming back."
"You always come back to me. So stop fooling yourself." He said as I shut the door behind me, refusing to look back. He took it as a joke, until I actually didn't come back.
He disappeared from my life for a year and I was beyond relieved I didn't have to hide anything, and now he's returned again to be once again my drug, my distraction. As if he was contagious, and he was coming to sicken me.
