"That ain't just a coincidence. But the question is why? Why would she take over my twin's body?" Candice looks over, and Dillion continues to have a conversation with her, as follows: "Wait a second, Candice what did she say to you?" "I think it was, umm, 'Don't see me, don't speak to me, just give me my work when you get home, goodbye Flora.' See, it was just like her, she was angry about earlier with what happened between us two, she's a workaholic, but then she said 'Flora' and it just didn't make sense." "Ok, so now we have another 2 questions: why didn't Gennie want to see Flora, and what work did she have? I'll get 3 detectives to do some digging. And Candice, stay here, just in case something comes up. And... Jennifer might not be safe anymore." "Dillon, that ain't Jennifer, that's Genevieve."

Mayor Wright walks in Dillon's office professionally with a few files. "Ok, so we already found something slow-coach. Genevieve worked at a diner, a couple miles from here. The only problem that after everyone was killed in the late 1700's, and new people joined the village in middle 1900's, they destroyed everything to make a new sparkly land." Lee says with satisfaction, then Dillon grabs the files and gives one of them to Candice.

"Does anyone know why Genevieve would take over Jennifer?" Candice barely questions, since she has a lump in her throat. "Oh yeah," Dillon adds, "I forgot to say. If someone nearby feels the same emotions as the ghost once did, they will have one connection. Depending on how many connections they need, the ghost can lure humans and take over their souls." Candice just stands there with her jaw dropped and eyes widened, until she says, "Either I slept through that part, they haven't taught us that yet, or they are keeping valuable information."

Lee Wright comes in again, "Possessed-Obtainers have gone to your apartment, Miss Sarla, they are going to take care of your sister." Candice breathes in, and out, then calmly tells the mayor, "With all due respect Mayor, she is not my sister. Jennifer is." Coming from Mayor Wright's pocket, a phone ringing occurs. He walks out the room, and doesn't come back for the rest of the day.

(After Lee leaves the building) Candice turns to Dillon, "Ok, can we talk about us quickly?" He stares at her, then, "Literally, now? We are trying to save your sister, and you want to talk about a little flirting," Candice tilts her head, and Dillon continues, "Ok, and a kiss that nearly happened?" "Dillon, if it wasn't for that possible kiss, then she wouldn't have gotten angry and maybe she wouldn't be possessed!"

All of a sudden, Dillon gets a lightbulb, and it shows on his face with a clear expression. "What Dillon?" "Candice, that would be the beginning of her anger, and she must have been possessed fully during your class. But, Genevieve was last seen in her apartment, which means..." Dillon stares at Candice, waiting for her to finish his sentence. "Which means what? Remember, I've only just started university." Candice says with a shrug, and Dillon shakes his head and explains, "Which means that Genevieve already started to connect with Jennifer before our... 'thing'!"
"But don't you need to know what happened exactly to save someone from being possessed?" Candice stands there waiting for a response, but Dillon is confused how Candice knows that, since that's information that you learn at a high point of education. "I know that from the file, it explains everything. " Candice assures, then Dillon nods, and they both run after Mayor Wright and the Possessed-Obtainers.

When Candice and Dillon get to the outside of the tall building where the apartment is, you can hear screaming from one of the highest floors, where the Sarla Twins' apartment is. There is already a crowd standing in horror of the sound, and the 2 'detectives' struggle to get through. There was 'excuse me'-s 'coming through'-s, etc. Eventually, they did get through, but got stopped by police.

"Sorry, but no civilians are allowed further than this point." A policeman orders them with a hand keeping them back. Dillon shows his ID, and explains how Candice is involved as well. They are allowed through, but the sound pins them to the ground for a few seconds. The only reason they moved is because Dillon recognised the sound of his dad screaming in a low pitch. Dillon grabs Candice's hand, looks each other in the eye for a second or two, then run towards the apartment.

As they go up the stairs, one of the Possessed-Obtainers is running down, only stops to whisper to Dillon and Candice, "Save yourself, while you still can." Then continues to run downstairs. Of course they don't listen, and continue towards the apartment. When they get there and Candice opens the door, immediately they see one of the P-O's unconscious, and the other in the middle of the air, chocking. No sign of the Mayor. "I'll save the man, you go find your father!" Candice shouts, as a noise like a hurricane booms throughout the whole floor of the building. They go forward with the plan, but it doesn't go well, yet it does.

It goes well, since when Dillon walks in, his father catches the corner of his eye. He picks him up, since he's knocked-out, and takes him outside as fast as possible. But it doesn't go well, since as soon as Dillon leaves, the chocking man dies then drops to the ground. When Candice was about to use CPR, she is tossed to the ceiling and back to the floor. Then she feels a tense strength across her neck, like she's been strangled, yet there is no one that could physically do that.

Dillon enters with 3 policemen, to see Candice struggling to breath, and tries to pull her down while the policemen take the unconscious and dead P-O's. Dillon manages to pull Candice down, and when he does, she collapses and keeps on breathing heavily, trying to get all the oxygen back. "Thank you, (cough) you legit just saved my life." Candice thanks Dillon, then they stare at each other, and kiss for way too long. But it ends when a tall line of fire separates them from the door, and the window. Then, another two appear in front of them, exactly the same as the first. They both scream 'HELP!' 'FIRE!', but what's the point, when the door and window is locked, and when the sound of fire crackling cancels their voice? Their run to Candice's bedroom, which is the farthest away from the fire, and hope that the firemen get to them before the fire. "I know I don't really know you that well, but I guess I love you." Dillon tells Candice, which she replies with, "I love you too, and I may even die because of it."
