The Shape-Shifter Yona of the Dawn\Akatsuki no Yona

Chapter 1

Haruko's P.O.V.

I left my home early again to go running without the.....other people to see me shift.  My shifting was done like water going smoothly down a stream.  I shifted into a black horse with a white crescent shape on my forehead.  I then swiftly and smoothly galloped all the way into a clear field with no one in sight.

I then preceded to continue to gallop to see if I could break my stamina and speed records(that I did in my head of course).  The wind passed through my mane and I enjoyed it while I still could.

Then a thick mist came over the field.  I got lost and stopped to see around myself.  What I saw made me do a double take.  It looked I appeared into an old era.  I decided to walk around in the form I was in.  And no I was not stupid.

What I saw was a girl with long red hair, purple eyes that looked broken, and a man that had black hair and a weapon.  I slowly approached them with caution, and soon I was within hearing range.  "Princess you got to at least eat something" the man said to the red-haired girl. 

I went out of my hiding spot and nudged the girl with my muzzle to get on my back.  The man and girl both gasped in shock.  Then the man quickly grabbed the girl. "Hak I have a feeling the horse is nice!" the girl said.

"But-" Hak had started, but alas he was too late because the girl was already on my back before he could process what was happening.  "I'm Yona" the girl named Yona had said.  I nudged the guy to get on as well because they might want to travel faster.

Hak only sighed and got on.  I had a feeling I knew where they wanted to go so I quickly galloped all the way.

~~~Time Skip~~~~~~~~~~

I stopped in front of a gate.  Then I gently nudged Hak to get off and wake up the two guards. Hak then kicked the guys and questioned who would even put them to guard the gate.  'I would question the sanity of whoever did it too.' , I thought sweat-dropping.  Yona got down and started toward the back of Hak who at the time was surrounded by people.  Then out of nowhere she started to collapse and Hak caught her, and ordered the people to prepare food and a room for her.

I hope she is okay.  Wait...What? I feel like a big sister to her.. Since I was an "only" child.....I guess that was the reason I allowed her on my back...  I went inside the gates and went near the place they took Yona.  'I guess only time will tell..' , I thought laying down.

~~~A BIG Time Skip~~~~~~

Hak was going to go off alone without Yona, but Yona had said that she wanted to come and won.  I followed them while staying close to Yona.  Then out of nowhere Hak had put Yona against the wall and said soldiers were coming.

I will summarize the battle for you lovely readers.  Hak protected Yona and got shot with a poisoned arrow.  Then Yona cut her hair short with a sword all because an old looking guy grabbed it.  And then Hak was barely holding on to the cliff and Yona tried to pull him up while shedding tears.

Where was I you ask?  Well I was hitting people in the face with my hooves.  And avoiding ropes that people were throwing at me.  And as soon as Yona fell with Hak I took off and jumped down with them hoping there was gonna be water where I would land.

Oh......Sh*t.. I thought getting scratched with the branches and a super mean branch lodged itself in my left front shoulder.  Then there was darkness and black was all I could see.  No duh. Thought I was gonna see pretty ponies and rainbows?  Hahahhahahhahahhahaha........No.

I was super excited to create this book I put all my other ones on hold.

Fun facts:

-Multiple times Haruko woke up halfway to her alarm and she smashed it with a hammer that was coincidentally by her bed, but the noise woke her up fully.

-Once when Haruko was in her horse form she tried grass and had to switch to her human form to puke it up.
