3rd POV-
Kwami:
Is the companion of a superhero. This small creature is used to transform their selected civilian into their superhero self.
Unless that's what everyone thought until their superheroes went to the evil side.

"Listen and obey,
This is now your fate,
You chose to accept us,
So now it's time to serve us."
Two young teenagers struggled day and night, every second of their life brought pain to them.
Why? Because it took every ounce in their bodies to not give in to the darkness. This was not what they where expecting when they received the special gift of a miraculous.
The kwami's had made both innocent teenagers fall right into their dirty plan.
Kwami's weren't companions to super heroes, they where demons disguised as innocent chibi animals.
"I'll never give in,
I won't let you change me,
I won't let you hurt anybody else,
I don't care if this becomes my sin."
But even the strongest of people break sometimes. Tall and sturdy walls will eventually fall in time.
"Listen and obey,
This is now your fate,
You chose to accept us,
So now it's time to serve us."
Even the happiest of people break. A once bright smile that used to lighten up everybody's day will become the mask that hides their falling tears.
"Listen and obey,
This is now your fate,
You chose to accept us,
So now it's time to serve us."
But once you have a taste of that darkness... that power, you'll end up wanting more. You'll end up wanting more until every ounce of humanity is drained out of you, and when that's done... you won't be able to be the person you where before.
"I'll listen and I'll obey
For I can't stand this pain
I accept my faith
Let's see what tomorrow will bring."
They will slowly loose their sane, friends that thought they once knew them will eventually grow scared of what they have become.
Demons.
