"Where am I? I can't see . . . Everything is . . . pitch black." 

"Jack?! Jack! Wake up!!" 

"Who? Who are you?" 

"Wake up, mate!" 

"What? Can you . . . even hear me? I said who are you?" 

"Jack . . . I'm scared." 

"Wait. You're—"  

"JACK!"

❄Frost 1❄ 

As Jack opened his eyes, he saw Nicholas St. North, E. Aster Bunnymund, Sandman and Toothiana infront of him, giving him such a worried expression. 

"What? What happened? Where am I?" said Jack confused as he scanned his surroundings.

"Don't scare us like that, mate." said Bunnymund, his forest green orbs held an awful lot of relief.

"Jack! Oh, Jack! How're you feeling?! Is your teeth okay?" Toothiana panicked.

Jack chuckled softly, "My what? I'm fine. I'm just wondering what happened." 

North looked at him, worried, "Pitch. He did something terrible." 

"What? Like what? What did he do?" 

North then grabbed the nearest mirror then showed it to Jack.

"Can you see it, Jack?" he asked quickly. His voice held pity in them.

Jack held his snow white hair that now had a shade of black, "What . . . happened?" 

"Pitch did it, Jack. He did something to you which made you unconscious." 

Jack looked more worried than them, "How long was I out?" 

Bunnymund was facing the window, watching the snow fall slowly, "Couple of hours." 

Jack looked down, "What happened while I was asleep?" 

"We fought Pitch. But while we were too busy dealing with him. One of his minions . . . did something unexplainable. We're sorry, Jack. But we beg you. Don't stop believing . . . Alright? You need to stay strong." 

Jack looked at North then to Sandman, who was nodding quickly. 

"I'm going to be . . . one of his ally once all of my white hair became black ,right?" after he said that, the shade of black thicken. 

"J-Jack! Don't be afraid! Fear . . . only makes it worse." said Tooth as she stroked Jack's back.

"That's right, mate. Don't worry about it for now. Never lose to fear." 

“Hahahahahaha! Never lose to fear, you say?”

All of them looked around as the voice echoed inside the room, then like a flash of light, Pitch appeared behind them.

"Pitch! Protect Jack! Don't let him get Jack!" North ordered as Sandman, Bunny and Tooth along with her fairy companions surrounded Jack.

"You think this can stop him from being my minion?" he said as he took a glance at Jack's face, smirking lightly, "Can't you see, Jack? You're better off without them. Come with me. We make a perfect combination! Ice and fear." 

"Shut it, mate! He's a guardian! He'll never lose to you." 

"Shut up, rabbit! Ahhh~ Sandman. Long time no see. You all thought I was dead, hmm?~" 

Sandman glared lightly on him, warning him.

"You won't take Jack! Never!" said Toothiana bravely

"It won't be that long till he gives in. Don't you want to see her Jack?" 

"Shut up!" shouted Jack as he dashes towards Pitch, holding his staff then slays it to him. Surprised, Pitch disappeared.  

"Don't you want to meet your little sister, Jack?" mumbled Pitch as he appeared on the globe. 

"My . . . sister?" said Jack, sadness leeks in his voice.

"Yes. Your little sister. You know, Jack. You can meet her . . . if you agreed to be my assistant." 

"Jack! Don't listen to him! He's lying!" shouted Tooth 

"Please! Let me do this on my own." Jack yelled, he glared at Pitch "I-I wanted to believe . . . in what you're saying. But there's no way . . . THAT I WILL BECOME YOUR ALLY!" Jack shouted, he releases a powerful ice wind, "There's only one thing I'll ask from you . . . Leave."

Pitch smirked lightly, "Fear never fades, Jack Frost. I'll be waiting . . . for your reply, Jack." Pitch then disappeared as he finished saying his sentence. 

"Jack. Are you—" Tooth didn't finish what she was saying and got surprised when Jack hold up his hand then put it down. 

"I'm fine. I just–I need some fresh air." he said as he glides through the window then dashes to a tree. 

"Is he going to be alright?" Toothiana asked no one in particular.

"I'm sure he is, Tooth. Don't worry. We know Jack . . . As long as there's children believing. He'll never lose to fear." North said reassuringly, putting his sword back to its pouch. 

"But what if he did? What if he gave up?" Bunny asked, sadness leeks in his tone, sitting on the window where Jack went out. Watching him watch the childrens. 

North then looked down, "I don't know."

Sandy frowned from the thought that Jack will be their opponent. 

"We can't bring our selves to hurt him." Tooth stated as her faries frowned. 

"That's why Pitch did this. He knew that Jack is our weakness." North quickly explained, who was looking really troubled, "We need to think of something. Before everything is too late!" He exclaimed, walking towards the other room.

Bunny stayed quiet as he looked at Jack, “Be strong, mate. We can't afford to lose you.”
