Hi Im Lighter and im 16, have blue hair, silver eyes, can control water, wear glasses, and hate my sister Arctic. I dont think her decision of nearly destroying a city. I mean you can see the hazerd the planet just stopped from removin Rares from the planet. Yes she is my sister but no i don't think innocents is worth a city to be frozen and set a flame.
Lighter is a Elemental who controls water, can learn faster then most teenagers, hates his planet, likes exploration, hates Arctic with passion for her actions, and think Shockers actions are corect and should replace Arctic in her posission. Lighter in 2 years will visit the earh live there and soon fight Arctic.
