Every day, excluding weekends of course, a group of twenty or so people enter a square room with pushed in corners. The people all know each others' names, they thought. There was the quiet boy in the back that no-one noticed, except for one girl. There were a few notable people withing the class, the girl with the tattoo that draws the eyes a bit too low, the overly dramatic girl, and the quiet boy in the back of class that no-one knows or talks to. The girl with the tattoo, let's call her Bella, and the overly dramatic girl were always butting heads. They were friends, but that seemed to change on a day to day basis. Everyone in the class had their own romantic interests, and not one wanted to share. The girls all had their giggles, their laughs as they chatted, each one fawning over their own crush. The boys, well... they had their ways. But there was one, a quiet one, sitting in the back of class, quiet and unnoticed, who had eyes for only one, and her eyes were not on him. The days went by, and he warmed up to the class, started talking, made some friends, but always one eluded him.  Had had no courage to say anything the the one he liked, and she didn't seem to know about his feelings. As the year progresses, he works up the courage, and he starts talking to her. Still, she remains oblivious to how he feels, he was comfortable around her -- mostly. He was flirty, telling jokes, playing games, and sneaking a glance or two, but yet she never knew. Leaving a trail of metaphorical breadcrumbs, he was never one to make the first move. Bella, she talks about her loves and ex's to her friends, and the one boy just sits and listens, saying naught but small expressions. The days go by with Bella and her "friend," the overly dramatic one, fight and break up, talk and make up. But always he sits, his true feelings unknown to those around him. He wished that he could just talk to her, to ask her out to the movies one weekend, but the year is drawing to a close. He still says nothing, until one day, he decides to go against his fears of rejection. He asks her. That weekend, Bella is on her way to the movies with her date, he is on the way with his. The boy walks in, his steps careful, his mind racked with nervous thoughts. Bella walks in with her date, her nerves just as high. The two turn, they kiss their dates, and when the movie ends, they walk out hand in hand. He had finally worked up the courage to ask Bella on a date, and the two were adored by the rest of the 1 o'clock room. The world had made a great turn around.
