Hi! I haven't updated in forever!

Ok I really have nothing to say so...

Dankuuuuu! Tah tah for now!

Mikes POV

"Ring... Ring..." I said the ringing along with the phone. "C'mon! Pick up!"

Finally he did. "Hello?"

"Brett! Hey old buddy! Any chance of letting me move back in? I mean, hotels can be fun and all, but-"

"Are you going to eat all my food, never clean up after yourself, keep me up at night because you won't turn down the tv, and then wake up at the crack of dawn to be as loud as you possibly can?"

I was quiet.

"Do you want me to be honest?" I finally asked.

"NO YOU CAN NOT MOVE BACK IN!" He hung up. Rats.

I decided to go online and search for a 'roomate wanted' ad. A few were good, and I narrowed it down to two. One had a really nice apartment, and he other just seemed like a nice guy. Suddenly, there was a knock on my door.

I opened the door and mitch stood on the other side with Scott. They both beamed at me.

"Well hi there!" I greeted them, making a space for them to come in.

"What's this?" Scott asked, as he looked over at the section of the room I had turned into my home office.

"That's my office. It's kinda on the floor, but there's nowhere to put my computer stuff. It works for now."

"How goes the home finding?" Mitch asked. It kinda sounded forced, but I ignored that.

"It's ok, Brett won't let me move back in, but I narrowed it down to 2 people." I showed them on my laptop.

"Wait! Look there!" Mitch pointed at the screen. "That window has a crack in it, there's a stain behind the far leg of the couch, and the curtains are the most hideous things ever." I looked at each place he pointed. How did I miss those?

"What about this one?" I showed the second choice. Scott and mitch both shook their heads. I sighed.

"Those were the best out of all of them!"

"Did you look at maybe buying your own apartment?" Mitch threw in.

"Or maybe staying with friends or family?" Scott added.

I shook my head. "My parents disowned me and I can't afford an apartment." I said sadly.

"Oh I'm sorry! I didn't know!"

"One question though." Mitch held up one finger. " how can you afford your designer clothes, but not an apartment?"

"Hey! Clothing comes first, nececites come after!" I said defensively. I'm a proud shopaholic.

Mitch looked at Scott, and scott looked back. They both had a strange look in their eyes.

"Well, I'm gonna bring it up again, you can always stay with us!" Mitch reminded me.

"I have thought about it, and I could always transfer for my job. There's really no reason for me to stay here... But it would be temporary! I don't want to be a burden!"

Mitch clapped his hands and scott smiled. Something told me this whole thing was a set-up...

A/N hi sorry that was probably really boring.

Oh well.

Dankuuuu bye!
