Elisa woke up the next morning with the strange feeling of excitement. She had the feeling something was about to happen. Last night she had gone to bed straight after talking to Kyung. He had tucked her in and that made her feel good. She walked slowly into the bathroom joined to her bedroom and the one on the other side. She stood in front of the mirror, looking at what seemed like duffel bags under her eyes. The only thing that came to her mind was, what if I enjoy this? What if I just join them?
She yawned a few times and sat down on the ground. Her hand stroking the soft carpet, she closed her eyes. I am a perfect case of Stockholm syndrome, she thought grinning. I would fit in though, being treated like I was. I mean, this group is just a sad collection of children with a bad past.
She sighed deeply.
She slid down the straps of the shirt she still wore, then completely undressed and turned on the tap to the large bath. It filled slowly but surely. She let herself into the warm water and sighed of pleasure. She had always wanted a bath, but her parents thought baths were for people that couldn't stand up right. Which her mother became at a certain moment, but they always kept with that it was pure nonsense to have one.
The water felt like a warm blanket surrounding her, making her think of the time Kyung had given her blankets after her parents had thrown her out. He was the only person she wanted to go to when she was in trouble. A tear rolled down her face, she had never known Kyung had meant so much to her. She whispered his name softly into the air now filled with small water droplets.
She looked around the bathroom. A toilet in the corner, a two-person sink in the middle of another wall, the bath opposite the sink and a cabinet above it. Then she spotted something that creeped her out. Women's clothing and utensils were hidden behind the bin next to the bath. "Ugh, he even had a relation to the women he slaughtered. That's just gross.", she said shivering at the thought of being in a relationship with a person like that.
She got out the bath, grabbed a clean towel and dried her slightly warmer body. She looked at her old clothing, full of blood, sweat and dirt. Hesitant Elisa put them on. Her face scrunched at the feeling of her clothes, but she had no other choice. With the lack of a toothbrush, comb and the other usually so normal utensils, she went down feeling gross.
The seven men had already gathered downstairs and sat at the dining table waiting for Elisa to be ready. "Morning sunshine, slept well?", Zico asked. Elisa grunted and said, "The bed is pretty nice, but I feel so disgusting. I can't brush my teeth, make my hair look like it has not just been in a bombing and my old clothes smell absolutely horrendous. Can you please just get some of the basics for me?" "Already done. We've been to your mother this morning and bought some things for her. She is really not that bad, aside from the fact that she lay in her own shit and was pretty hungry. She now has everything she could wish for and is doing well. For you we have this.", Zico said reaching her a plastic bag. She saw something that looked like a pretty cute dress, a toothbrush and some other useful items.
"First eat, you haven't eaten in a day. Then you can go and clean yourself.", B-Bomb said. Elisa couldn't agree more, as her stomach had been rumbling ever since she woke up. She eyed what was on the table, fresh bread, meats she rather stayed away from after yesterday, jam, cheese, eggs and all kinds of fruit juice. She ate enough for three days of breakfast. "That's a new side. Never knew a girl could even get that much food in herself.", P.O laughed.
Elisa grinned, as she knew she was quite something when she ate. She usually ate more than all others when she was among people, even men. "Any problem with that?", she said provocatively.
P.O answered, "Not at all, I like girls that have a bit of life in them."
"What are you looking for in a girl?"
