The Funeral and The Search

Sam's POV

Grian was dead... Why did the rock break... Why!? I cried for hours. Three days after he died, we went down to get his body, and we set up a funeral. Since nobody really knew him in this world, Taurtis, Yuki, and I were the only ones who went. Igbar didn't really know Grian, Emma, and Silly that well, plus he kind of did kill Emma and Silly, so he didn't come. It was sad. We had a painting at the front of Silly, Emma, and Grian. and we all paid our respects.

"Grian was a great guy. He always enjoyed school and had a lot of fun with his friends. He had a lot of losses, so have all of us here, but he had been calm throughout it all. He was amazing and... I don't know what to say," I said my speech to Grian as I started to cry at the end.

"It's okay Sam go sit down," Taurtis told me nicely,"Grian was amazing, he was one of my two best friends and everybody loved him. There's nothing he did wrong in life, that rock that broke, it took his life, and like Sam said before, he always enjoyed school and his friends. He will always be in our hearts... We all loved him."

"Thank you Taurtis... My turn. Grian... What can I say? He was a great person, and I always enjoyed his company. He always did what he could for everyone. Silly, his true love had died and Emma. They were all great people and we will all miss them. They were a great addition to our team, and Grian, he had been there with us and we love him. We all do. And that's about it... We will always miss you guys," Yuki said.

A couple days later, we went searching for Kira. We looked here and there, when we finally saw this coffee shop. We saw someone walk into the shop who looked kind of like Kira, so we thought it might be Kira. So, we went in to check it out.

"Hello, can we get 4 coffees and..." I told the clerk and stopped when I saw the one who we saw walk in.

"If you're wondering who he is, his name is Takashi, and he works here..." the clerk told us.

"Interesting, we'll be right back to get those coffees." I told the clerk as I walked over to who I guess is Takashi. He looked like he would be different than the other people we've met.

"Hello, Takashi is it?" Taurtis asked.

"Yes? And who are you?"

"I am Taurtis."

"I'm Sam."

"My name is Yuki."

"And, I am Igbar. Do you know who Kira is?"

"Yeah, she's my sister, but I have nothing to do with her. She is evil, and I am not. She ran away from my family's home, and went to a girl named Sasha's house to live there. Sasha was a bad influence and made Kira into who she is today. Whatever she did, it's not my fault." Takashi told us.

"No, it's fine, but would you please help us find her. She taken our book, and it's really important. We really need help because we don't know where she could be. Can you please help us?" I asked.

"Plus, Sasha is a bad person we already know. She used to work for me, and I told her that if I ever am about to kill someone when I am Cthulu, to take the book from me. That would get Cthulu out of power," Igbar explained quietly so only Taurtis, Yuki, and I could here,"She didn't do this. I was going to help you guys, but then I found the necronomicon on the ground in the city (since I'm a Seer and I can see all) and I took it so Cthulu took over."

"I guess I'll help you. I think I might know where she is," Takashi told us after finishing his coffee.

"Thank you so much Takashi, so we'll just buy our coffees, take it to go, and we can go search!" I exclaimed. It was starting to get easier, I was forgetting about Grian's death, we have a new addition to the team, and soon enough, we'll be able to go back to Chicken College. It'll take a while though. Hopefully Takashi can help us find Kira and then she will give us the necronomicon. I am tired of this world.

We have been following Takashi all day and we still aren't where we are going to (wherever that is).

      "Takashi are we there yet, or are we just lost?" I questioned Takashi.

       "Don't worry I know what I'm doing." I believed him. It took us another couple hours, but when we got there, it was pretty cool.

       "Wow this mansion is big! Do you own it?" I asked

       "No, it's Sasha's. Kira moved here when she ran away," Takashi explained sadly. 

        "Oh, but Sasha is dead and I just saw someone moving in there..." Yuki said hesitantly.

         "What!? I thought that was Sasha! I was going to ask her where Kira was! That must be Kira!" he exclaimed. So, we went to the door.

          "What are you doing!? We should break in! We can't knock on the front door. She'll just kill us!" Igbar told us.

           "Good point..." Takashi said. So, we went to the back where there was a backyard and an opening to the house. We broke the glass and it was as quiet as I've ever heard anywhere. Not a breath in the house. It was creepy because we had just seen someone walk in the house. This would be a scary search. 

             "Where did Kira go? She was just in this house and now there is no one here." I asked. 

             "I don't know, I've never been here before," Tadashi told us quietly. 

This would be bad... This would be very, very bad.
