The singing tree is back

We walked for hours until we got back home. "Why are we going home, Sam"  It still kinda felt weird saying his name out loud. "Do you still have the tree dad gave you" "Ya he gave it to me on my birthday"  "Some how we need to take Autumn with us" Wait did he just say Autumn wasn't that the evil tree's name? "The other tree pretended to be Autumn" It was like he read my mind. I  thought for a while"  Hey isn't she magical because I heard her sing before" My brother looked like he was gonna laugh" Oh Lily you didn't change a bit, the tree is magical but the songs you hear are just birds that feel exactly what the tree feels"  I felt like the stupidest girl on Earth I'm in 5th grade and I didn't figure that out.*Hits myself on the head*  When we got home Autumn was still there but she looked a little glum I heard a voice in my head I'd guessed it was Autumn" No fun need fun" I knew my brother heard it to because we both smiled and got our volleyball out and started playing we were having so much fun we lost track of time this is why I needed Sam back this is what I missed.
