It's been about a month and during that time Louis tried getting closer to Harry. Pretending had surprisingly become easier as the days turned into weeks and weeks to months.

It wasn't hard on his part to pretend to like harry, because even with being shy anxious and closed off over time he'd became a really nice lad. Playful and witty.

Obviously opening someone with trust issues was a struggle but it's a work in progress.

Having a heart Louis at moments felt bad. No one really deserves a heart break. Especially someone as nice and sweet as harry. But it's high school. People are going to get hurt, and childish or not it was a dare. And in Louis's immature mind a dare was a sacred concept and breaking it would be... wrong.

Obviously hurting someone wasn't worth a little popularity cred but Louis being Louis didn't understand.

So instead he faked it.

[Currently.]

"Harry" Louis cut the other boy off randomly, poking his arm.

The curly haired lad glanced up at him with wide curious eyes, humming in response.

"Hi" he smiled, causing Harry to smile dimple Peaking out on his tinted cheeks.

"Louis.." He sighed running a hand through his hair.

Louis chuckled scooting closer to him on the bench.  "Okay. Okay. I'm done, You can go" he raised his hands in surrender an amused expression on his face.

The two were at the park, having gone there after school. It wasn't a very popular park, and not much people went which was a good thing.

"Well, now the mood is ruined." Harry pouted, bowing his head feigning sad.

Louis smiled softly watching Harry cross his hands over his chest, hidding his face behind his curls. That had somehow grown longer than it was a month ago.
"If you're going to be a brat, we arent going to play anymore." Louis playfully warned, pointing at Harry.

When Harry didn't responded he huffed. Turning away, crossing his arms as well.

It was a moment of silence before he heard a giggle from behind him.

Giggling. Harry giggles. He found it cute that he giggled it fit his personality perfectly. Harry seemed like the type to giggle.

Louis finally turned finding a flustered Harry. His face was pink, and he was struggling to keep from laughing.
Louis watched in awe, noticing how cute he was. "What?" He chuckled mindlessly scooting closer to the giggling boy.
Harry smiled wide, covering his mouth with his hand. Whatever it was, Louis though, must be hilarious.
"Harreh. What are you laughing at?" He asked wanting to know what had him literally dying.
Harry shook his head, laughs dying down, and just motioned for him to turn.

Louis did, thinking maybe he had something in his hair.

When Harry had finally told him to turn back around. He noticed the green eyes boy grinning with a small pink sticky note, With the words. Kick me.

Louis was silent for a moment, and Harry frowned thinking maybe he was offended. "I-I'm sorry... I shouldn't h-" he started but was shocked when Louis burst out laughing, throwing his head back, and cackling like a maniac.

The confused boy couldn't help but smile, softly watching as Louis squeezed his eyes shut, running out of air as he laughed.

"That- w-was what was s-so funny!?" He gasped wiping an imaginary tear, laughs quieting.
