School was.. school.

Bullies were bullies.

Work was work.

Class was class.

But yet Harry felt different today.

Louis was going to sit with him. And niall.

Niall was still quiet around Louis and he felt extremely intimidated by the popular boy, but he slowly started to warm up,not with him per say but with the fact that he's going to be around Harry for a while.

Skepticalism was almost a talent for niall, and he couldn't really see anything pure about Louis and Harry's new found friendship, but Harry didn't find it weird so he'd just have to sit back and see.

It was almost lunch time and Harry bit his nails nervously let bouncing up and down.

For years his only friend was niall, the only person he talked to was niall, the only person he sat with was niall.

But then came Louis who somehow started doing all that with him.

It was new and Harry wasn't absolutely sure he trusted him yet, but he couldn't just push him away for that reason alone.

Louis was trying to be friends with him and he wasn't going to stop that.

A new friend could be.. nice.

Ring

The bell rang and he swallowed because now it's lunch time.

He didn't spring out of his seat like he thought he would. Instead he stood up and gathered his stuff slower than his usual speed.

He chewed the inside of his cheek softly as he walked out the class. With every step he took he could feel his heart beat against his chest.

It was then that he realized he was nervous.

What if Louis didn't sit with him. What if he was embarrassed?

Harry wasn't sure if he was a glass-half-empty type but he sure felt like it now. He couldn't help but think about all the bad things that could come of this.

What would everyone think?
Would they be mad? Jealous? Confused?

"Hey mate. What are you thinking about?" Niall said poking his side gently.

Harry blinked shaking his head. He gave niall a sideways glance and shrugged.

"nothing"

It was quiet neither of them saying anything further but Harry knew niall didn't believe him.

It took a second and Harry knew niall should know before hand, albeit right right before hand, but still he shouldn't just surprise him.

"Louis is sitting with us today." He glanced at him briefly to see his reaction.

Niall face was blank but Harry knew he was just thinking.

"Why?"

Harry shrugged.

"He knows I don't feel comfortable around his friends and... I don't know.. wants to spend more time with me."

"Oh?"

"Yup."

They entered the cafateria a little late like always. The two always walked really slow to lunch so it wouldn't be crowded too much when they got there.

" don't you find this wierd harry?"

Harry froze for a moment knowing niall was going to say something that made a lot of sense and was going to make him doubt a lot. His blonde friend tends to do that.
