I turned to see Sherlock leaning on the door frame and smiled. "Hi," he approached me and swooped me into a kiss. I giggled. "What should I wear?" 

"I don't care," he smiled slightly. "You look good in anything." I blushed a pale pink. His phone buzzed. "Lestrade," he growled into the phone. I kissed him lightly. "Can't you do anything yourself?"

"Give me five minutes, I'll come with you," I pulled on a burgundy dress and grabbed my black pumps. I pinned my wavy hair up and grabbed my matching scarf and coat with Sherlock.

"That was two minutes, and thank you," he fixed his shirt and jacket and pulled out a nice belt.

"Keep your collar down love," I pulled it down when he attempted to flip it up. He growled at me.

I grabbed his hand and pulled him out of the flat. I tucked an umbrella into my bag and got into the car. I started the engine and sighed as we pulled up to the crime scene. "You didn't have to drive," he held my hand.

"Lestrade is dead and he's paying for my dinner!" I got out of the car and Sherlock smirked.

"That's my girl," he mumbled and put his hand on my lower back.

"Greg Lestrade!" I walked up to him.

"Oh? Why are yoh two dressed so nicely?" He eyed us.

"We were GOING to go on a date, but you know, someone couldn't figure out one, just ONE small crime with his small brain," I flicked him on the forehead. "You're paying for my dinner." I marched into the house, catching Sherlocks hand on the way in.
