Harry and Ron were getting drunk after a good day at office and Harry sending a patronus to Ginny while she is at Hogwarts, "Gin, listen *Ron singing in the background* Ron, shut up! I am trying to tell your sister that I love her! So Ginny, look here, I think you are pretty cool!"
That's how they got together.
