It was not intentional, on purpose. he swore he had no idea someone would be using that small lake for their hygienic needs, clothes layed askew greens and rocks, along with shortly proportioned belongings neatly hidden amongst the pieces of wardrobe, wouldn't an animal easily catch them.

Speaking of which, he currently was in his 'animal' form...which would have granted him innocence of a curious creature peeking into the amusing habits of the human being ...more precisely bathing in the light of the sunset.

And being a decent guy, the blonde pirate was feeling like a pervert right now, currently enticed by the beautiful naked form of that one young lady he had the mistake of finding while surveying the area, flying back to his headquarters; but what can a vulnerable man like him, in the middle of the sea do? he had needs too like any other human. and he really did try not to peak, he tried to resist the urge to look and admire the figure but couldn't - the ever dawning reflection of the sunrays only helped beautifying the whole scenery as if it was dealing with some kind of Goddess amongst the mortals and anything worthy of her presence.

it only worsened when, being as big of a bird as he was in his zoan transformation and quite distinct in form, he was standing out easily to any observant eye nearby - and yes it had to be the one of the woman's.

she didn't however seem upset or mad... merely blinking in confusion before adopting a rather adorable smile, cooing at him.

of course she doesn't suspect a thing,... i look like an animal after all..but it doesn't feel right to take advantage of this...

" oh hello mr. bird! for how long have you been there? i didn't see you earlier.. "

of course not, i just arrived some minutes ago...

"you know, watching a lady take a bath is not very nice...! but, since you're a pretty bird i will forgive you..! ~ "

if Marco had even trying his best right now to avoid eye contact or staring at her, ir even turning fifty shades of red in front if them, now was proving to be way too difficult since he was being both teased and complimented - thus, resulting in him turning his face away in embarrassment.

"  ... speaking of which, what kind of bird are you? i've never seen one like you...

...what am i saying, birds don't speak right? "

yeah, well he could, but the consequences after that would probably not be good...

a motion signaling that the woman was sinking back into water, and a sigh was heard as he was tentatively turning again believeing his eyes were now safe from any visible skin parts he should not have seen, prompting relief from his part.

should he leave now? this is only getting more awkward by the minute...

"     nee, mr. bird? i wish i could have your luck y'know... being able to fly and be free to go wherever you want to.."

there was a sad tone hinting at the woman's voice...almost like a caged being, he noted. would she tell him the reason behind such?

arms crossed as jawline rested upon them, laying both across nearby ground as an upset gaze was in her eyes...

"       where i live i can't get to decide on my own.... i am expected to achieve things without being asked of what i want. i feel like a caged bird..."

The phoenix couldn't help but feel sorry for her even though she was but a stranger who liked animals, so far. even worse when a single tear fell from the corner of her left eye, proving that this was slowly killing her inside... but what could he do? take her away with him to a crew of pirates probably wasn't in her mind...
