Alexa's Pov
Jacob- "Rose RoSe ROSE look what I found"
Yelled Jake running to me from the garden
where he once lay
Jacob- "It's a snail"
And sure enough there in his hands was the
slimmest little creature
"That's soo cool... put it there I'll find
another one so they can race"
Jacob's Pov
Daydreaming
*She's soo weird lol... But hey we can't
choose family*
"Hey Alexa"
Alexa- "Yeah"
"I love you" *Its not weird they're friend's*
As she threw her head back in laughter
before slightly tilting it to the side so that
her silk black hair wasnt off her shoulder
but just enough for it to reveal her rosy
pink cheeks... she had no idea how much I
meant it
Alexa- "I love you too" she said snapping me
out of my wonderful daydream
"Jayy... Lexi" called my mom from inside
"O ohh" we said in unison as we got up to go
inside
"You guys look filthy" said my Mom (Rene)
dusting me off
"Mom" I say shrinking away
"Lemme guess playing outside again" said
Lexi's mom (Lena) coming into view
Rene- "My gosh they're meant for each
other"
Lena- "Right just imagine them growing up
and falling in love"
"Whattt noooo way girls have cooties" I
shout out immediately
Rene- "Aww I can see it now Mr and
Mrs Alexa and Jacob Perez" she sang while
Alexa- *gagging noises*
Lena- "I remember it like it was
yesterday..." Lena started talking but we
have no idea what she said because I
grabbed Alexa's hand and we sneaked
upstairs away from them to my bedroom
On the roof of the house right outside
Jacob's bedroom window
Alexa's Pov
"Tonight looks so beautiful" said Jacob
staring at me
"Yeah it is"
After a period of comfortable silence and
laying on the roof watching the stars I
decided to break the silence
"Penny for your thoughts"
Jacob- "U kno what my mom and your mom
were talking about?"
"Yeah"
Jacob- "They're not entirely wrong..."
"Wanna make a bet... If we're older and
we're still friends and we're both single
then I'll think about it"
Jacob- "I'm all in as long as I get you in the
end" he said smiling
*It starts drizzling slighty... they get up and
go through the window into Jacob's bedroom
climbed onto the bed and went straight
asleep*
