Christmas Day (Day of the Wedding)

Lexi's POV

Today's the day, I'm going to become Mrs. Perez. I'm so excited, but I'm also nervous. What if I mess up my vows? What if he doesn't love later in the years? What if he leaves me now? All this stress is making me more sick than I already am. Like I've been throwing up for about three months, sorry four months, it's hard to keep up when you're focused on making the perfect wedding. We decided to get married on Christmas and have a winter theme, I can't wait to see how it turns out. I walk over to the mirror and observed my dress, I'm amazed that I can still fit in it since I gain some weight, but that was unavoidable. I'm more amazed that it's not showing in this dress, and that's good. My dress reminds me a bit like Elsa's dress from Frozen, but a blend of white and light blue colors, gosh I can't stand that movie. Some of my family members were wondering why I wasn't wearing all white, I do believe the answer is obvious. As I continue to look at my dress, I heard a small knock on the door.

Lexi-"Who is it?"

The door opens and a head peeks through.

LM (Lexi's mom)-"It's your mother"

Lexi-"Hey!"

LM-*starts to cry* "I can't believe my baby girl is getting married!" *hugs Lexi*

Lexi- *hugs back* "I know, I can't believe either"

After I hugged my mom, I started getting the urge to throw up, which I did, thank God there's a bathroom in this room.

LM-*rubs back* "You ok sweetie?"

Lexi-"I'm fine. It's not as bad as before"

LM-"Does Jacob know?"

Lexi-*shakes her head no* "He just think I'm sick from fatigue and stress"

LM-"You do know you'll have to tell him before it happens, right?"

Lexi-"Look, I'll tell him when I get the chance, ok? Just don't add more stress on me"

LM-"I'll let it go this time, but we need to leave now cause it's almost time"

I look at myself in the mirror one more time before putting on my veil. I put my arm through mom's while she escorted me. My friend and maid of honor Kylie and the rest of the bridesmaids waited with the groomsmen. The music started playing and the bridesmaids and groomsmen walked out with their arms wrapped around each other. After they got into their positions, Bella wakled out as the flower girl, or more like snow girl cause Jacob had her drop fake snowflakes instead of flowers. Then the music changed, indicating my arrival. I'm so nervous that can't help but tremble in fear.

LM-"It's gonna be ok. You can do this"

I nodded my head, took a couple of deep breaths, and walked out.

The room was fabulous, it looked like Jacob brought winter indoors. There was a bunch of diamonds that acted like snowflakes and icicles. Everyone was in white or a light blue, and the love of my life, Jacob, standing by the middle of the room, looking sexy as ever. I can't help if I'm horny, we haven't seen each other for a whole month. We finally reached our destination and I'm standing right in front of Jacob, now I'm even more nervous.

Pastor-:Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to join these two in holy matrimony. Now as I understand it, the couple wishes to speak their own vows. Why don't we start with you young man"

Jacob-"Alexa, we have been friends since diapers and I never thought our friendship will turn into something more. You have been there for me on countless times, you even saved me from committing suicide.Trust me, being without you was like death to me. We've had our share of ups and downs, but we always found a way to get through them. I love you so much with all my heart and I'm glad that I can show the world that you're mines"

Pastor-"And you young lady?"

Lexi-"Jacob, I never thought that we would ever be more than friends. To be honest, I've always had a crush on you, but I never really showed when we were younger. You make me laugh, you make me smile, hell you piss me off from time-to-time, but I wouldn't trade if for nothing. What we went through only made us stronger and it shows that whatever obstacles come our way, we will overcome. I love you so much, and I always will"

Pastor-"May we have the rings

Kylie and Peter hands the Pastor the rings.The pastor then gave us both the rings and we both repeat the Pastor's words as we put the rings on our fingers.

Pastor-"Do you, Jacob Anthony Perez, take Alexa Primrose Brown as your lawful wedded wife?"

Jacob-"I do"

Pastor-"Do you, Alexa Primrose Brown, take Jacob Anthony Perez as your lawful wedded husband?"

Lexi-"I do"

Pastor-"If there is anyone who feels these two should not be wed, speak now or forever hold your peace"

No one spoke or got up, thank God!

Pastor-"Since there is no objections, I now pronounce your husband and wife. You may kiss the bride"

Excitedly, Jacob removes my veil and kisses me with so much love, passion, and a bit of lust. Cheers and claps fill the room as everybody stand up from their seat with joy.

Reception

DJ-"Please everyon give a warm welcome to Mr. and Mrs. Perez!"

Everyone clapped and cheered as Jacob and I enter our reception.

DJ-"And now the newly weds will have their first dance"

The DJ started to play a slow song. Dancing with Jacob made me feel like we were the only one in the room. Later on we danced with our mother, we even switched moms. The reception was great, I had so much fun, We danced, laughed, ate, drank, and just being happy. We opened a lot of wedding gifts, some too risqué for me to speak on. We are now ending with a toast.

Jacob-"I just wanna say that I'm glad everyone could be here to celebrate this wonderful occasion. I'm also glad to finally call Lexi Mrs. Perez and it be offical. So a toast to our long lasting marriage!"

Everyone-"Salud!"

Lexi-"Since everyone is in such a good mood, be it the spirit of Christmas and all, I have an announcment to make"

Everyone'a eyes are on me now.

Lexi-"Jake , there's something I've been holding for four months now... I'm pregnant!"

Without warning, Jacob lifts me up and spins me around, attacking me with kisses.

Jacob-"I can't believe it, I'm a daddy! I'M A DADDY!"

Everyone laughs at his craziness.

To think, we were childhood friends and now were newly weds about to be parents. I feel like life has been great to us so far.

It's like we're meant to be....

Well, that's the end for Meant To Be. So how did allyuh like it? Was it good? Was it bad? Was it eh? I finally got them married, and expecting, bet allyuh didn't see that coming. There will be an epilogue for the book. This is part of allyuh Christmas gift, the other part is... a sequel, yaaaaayyyyy! Lol, I can be corny at times, but yeah I'm going to make a sequel for this book.
