dear autumn,
i don't know if i should read it.
i was so angry when ms. moore handed me the letter
i wanted to take it and choke it down her throat.
but then she said you said for sarah to keep it hidden for a while,
and i wonder
why.
because you were always so crude and frank that
i doubt she is telling the truth.
but the letter's getting heavy in my back pocket,
and my hands are itching, stinging, anxious and frightened to pull it out, open it, and finally read it.
