Seung is the extremely air-headed and coldest guy in the entire series, even worse than Otabek. Really tsundere actually. And he's my seventh favorite. He just stays with his none-of-my-business expression until Yuuri's hugging spree happens. You just gotta see his expression! X'D (its in episode 9 btw) but I was so surprised when he smiled in Episode 12. Just, WOW. But is there any reason he always has that unconcerned expression, and doesn't like women or vegetables?
