Lily Collins as Camilla Rossi

Camilla is the 17 turning 18 year old mother of her baby girl. Her nickname is Milla but only gets called that by her family, her best friend Addison calls her Cam. She comes from a very wealthy Italian family, but she hates showing off her money. Camilla is finishing her final year of education in a school about an hour away from her old life in a basic 2 bedroom apartment. During the time she is at school her nanny looks after her daughter. She is very stubborn but follows the rules. After high school she plans to have a gap year to spend time with her daughter before she goes off to university.

Any baby you imagine as Annabella Rossi

Annabella is 5 months old and is the daughter of Camilla and Ethan. Her nickname is Bella which means beautiful in Italian She is a decent sleeper and doesn't cry very often, but when she does she screams to the top of her lungs. Bella loves her mother very much but has never met her father.

Lucky Blue Smith as Carter James

Carter James is an 18 year old simple teenage boy. He has lived in the town all his life and he can't wait to leave. Carter is the lone wolf of his school and has only one friend, Lucas Cole whom he would do anything for. He comes from a family with money but not as much as Camilla. Once he gets paired with Camilla he feels as though she has a secret and will do anything to find it out.

Cole Sprouse as Ethan Williams

Ethan is Annabella's father and Camilla's ex-boyfriend. He has never met Bella before and he doesn't even know she exists.  He has lost all contact with Camilla but he still hasn't moved on. Ethan does make an appearance, thats all I'm going to say about that.

Kendall Jenner as Addison Browne

Addison is Camilla's best friend and the only person (besides her parents) from her home town who knows about Annabella. Her nickname is Addi or Camilla calls her Di. She was there for Camilla throughout the whole pregnancy. Addi comes to visit Milla and Bella regularly. When she visits for the first time Camilla introduces her to Lucas who she immediately falls head over heels and is to scared to tell him. She is also Annabella's godmother.

Tom Holland as Lucas Cole

Lucas lives in Camilla's building and is the first person she meets that doesn't judge her for having a child. He is 20 years old but acts like he is 16. His best friend isCarter James. There families grew up together thats how they know each other. He is really funny and random and Camilla and Lucas hit it off straight away, as in a friendly way. He immediately knows that he and Camilla won't be together. When he meets Addison for the first time he falls head over heels for her and refuses to admit it. Lucas treats Annabella like he is her big brother from the moment they meet.
