Chapter 11

Randhir was busy in his study as sleep was far away from his eyes. He tried to concentrate on a book but can't. He removed his reading glasses and took out his phone. He open the photo gallery and was watching his and Arpita's various pictures when one picture caught his attention which is Arpita's childhood picture. He caressed that picture and a drop of pearl fall on the phone and his vision got blur. Just then his phone buzz on showing a name "Princess". Randhir's face got stiffen and he disconnected the call immediately but the phone buzz on again thus he avoided it. But when it's buzz on for the third time he can't ignore it anymore.

"Keya hain, kyu baar baar call karke disturb kar rahi hain?" He asked angrily. But all his anger was vanished as he heard her sobbing.

"Bhai....bhai wo..." She can't complete as tears made their way.

Other hand Randhir also crying, his heart melted to listening his princess painful sobs.

"Arpi keya baat hain, tu roo kyu rahi hain? Kisine kuch kaha hain keya! Parth ne kuch kiya hain keya?" He gritted his teeth.

"No bhai am fine." She managed to say.

"Toh phir tu roo kyu rahi hain?" Randhir asked confusingly.

"Bhai....bhai wo Sanyu di..." As soon as Arpita takes Sanyukta's name Randhir's face got stiffen. He hold the phone tightly.

"Don't Arpi....just don't. I don't want to hear that traitors name anymore!" Randhir clenched his jaw.

"Aagar usski wakalat karne ke liye call kiya hain toh am not interested to listen anything." Randhir said furiously.

"Aakhir tumne aapna aasli rang dikha hi diya na Sanyukta! Meri behen ko dhal bana kar bachna chahati ho but no, main tumhara yeh swapna kabhi pura hone nehi dunga." Randhir said in his mind.

"Nehi bhai di ne mujhe kuch vi bolne ke liye nehi kaha, in fact wo toh kuch bolne ki halat mein hi nehi hain." Arpita said thus some frowned lines appeared on his forehead.

"Keya matlab?" He asked with a tromping heart.

"Bhai wo Sanyu di hospital mein admit hain, she is in a serious condition. Doctor ne kaha hain ke oparation karni padegi otherwise kuch vi ho sakta hain." Arpita said when the phone fall from Randhir's hand.

Arpita was sitting at the visitor's lobby when Randhir and nanny came there.

"Nanny!" Arpita rushed towards her and hugged her and broke into her arms.

"Meri bachhi, kaisi hain?" Nanny caressed her hair when Arpita sobbing only.

"Sanyukta betiya ko keya huya hain?" Nanny asked broke the hug when Arpita said them about Sanyukta's disease. Nanny and Randhir became froze to listen all.

"Kuch nehi hoga Sanyukta betiya ko, hum sab hain na!" Nanny assured Arpita when Randhir went towards Sanyukta's ward.

Two constables and one officer were stood out side the cabin when she was inside laying on the bed unconscious. Randhir saw her through the glass door. He was seeing her after a month. Her face become pale and lost all it's glow, also she looks thinner, not healthy like before. Randhir gulped hard but straighten his face next. Just when the doctor came.

"Excuse me Mrs. Kashyap where is Mr. Kashyap? We can't wait anymore. Patient is in a critical condition due to internal bleeding. We have to operate her immediately." Doctor said thus Arpita became numb when Randhir came forward.

"Excuse me doctor how much money needed for the operation?" He asked directly.

"55 thousands rupees, kindly you people hurry up as patient isn't in a good condition." Doctor warned them.
