The Spells of Treachery

Characters.

Hello, this chapter will contain small spoilers that may connect to the story. However, I feel as I need to explain some of the characters as they have changed to some extent and one or two may be added. 

And while I'm here let me tell you about this universe. There are species such as human, giants, demons and etc. Now that species are allocated to the element they are born as. Such as giant that has water related powers, Water elemental giant. Another example is that someone from the demonic race can be a demon of course but they could be a demonic angel. So in simple terms a species do not matter in this universe, it is all about what element you fall under. And yes on rare occasions some elements can mix such as ice and fire which can create a ice fire element which is rare. 

Now there are numerous of different elemental kingdoms.

Water and ice Kingdom - a united kingdom which is under a pact, because of the many civil wars between the two. They try to stay out of many worldly matters.

Fire kingdom - They will always stick by the Light kingdom.

Psychic Kingdom - Very neutral and did not agree with attacking the Shadow Kingdom.

Earth and air Kingdom - a strange union however it still works. Both sides are also neutral but agreed to attack the Shadow kingdom due to the lies they had been fed.

Celestial Kingdom - Agrees with the Light Kingdom however attempted stopped them from executing the purge any further. 

Shadow Kingdom - The citizens were scrutinized due to the fact that they were shrouded by mystery until they helped fight back against the Demonic Kingdom (which fell). Due to them showing the power they have Many elements were afraid of the Shadow Kingdom even though they did not show any aggression towards them. Much more will be explain in the book.

Light Kingdom - Was favored by many Elements as they were shown as the goodies. It is unfortunate that their dark past and lies have not be exposed by many.

Demonic "Kingdom" - More like slavery compound now. Due to their out cry against every element they have been subjected to slavery as a result. However, in recent years they have managed to break free and begin their kingdom again, their freer Drocon Mais hopes bring back his element. 

I hope this little description will help you understand this universe some more and help you enjoy the story that is to come.

Lex Andteo

Lex is a fair skinned 17 year old witch. Her complexion is always tired but her crimson eyes manages to give her the appearance of being alive. Lex mostly wears black as she wants to be invisible to most of the world even though her element stands out to the rest of the world. Her childhood wasn't the best as at 6 years old she witnessed her parents murdered during the purge of the shadow element. However, Lunar gladly took in Lex after seeing her cry in a bush during a thunderstorm. 

Lex's powers are hand activated but can be channeled through different weapons. With her powers physically she can make herself into a shadow and travel through that side of the world. 

Lunar Fell.

Lunar is a psychic element. She can read minds and control different creatures. Her skin tone is a pastel purple with dark purple markings on her face, her eyes are pure white with purple pupils which compassion shines through. 

During her twenties she witnessed the sacrifice that many thought was foolish. She saw her privilege and decided to give someone from the shadow element some compassion that they deserved. She helped home many homeless shadow children after the purge and made sure they were far away from the light kingdom.
