Dove's POV

I checked my social media after I finished reviewing for our test tomorrow. I was watching a video until Claire texted me which caught my attention..

'Dove.......I felt something unusual awhile ago.' I got nervous when she told me that. What does she mean by unusual?

'What do you mean?' I asked her...Is she feeling what I was feeling awhile ago?

'When we were doing our homework in the library with the others....I felt like someone's watching us from afar.' What she texted sent shivers down my spine.......

"DOVE DEAR!!! CAN YOU PREPARE THE TABLE FOR DINNER?" My mom shouted from downstairs.

"OKAY MOM I'M COMING!!" I shouted back.

'I gotta go Claire...Let's talk about this tomorrow at school...' I texted Claire back.

While we were eating dinner, dad asked me a question I didn't want to answer.

"How's school dear?" My dad asked me. No matter how I wanted to say it was fine I just couldn't.

"My studies are fine but.......Claire and I feels something unusual...." I told him. I didn't want to tell them because they might be worried and I didn't want that of course.

"Why? Is there something wrong, sweetie?" Mom asked worriedly. I didn't want her to worry so much but I guess she did.

"No its nothing mom. Maybe we're just really paranoid..." I managed to say and let out a chuckle.

I finished eating and washed the dishes properly. I felt like I was being watched but I didn't mind it. Maybe I was just being paranoid again....But how come Claire and I felt paranoid at the same time? Is that even possible?

While I was on my way up, the light turned off for about 5 seconds. My heart raced rapidly while the light was out. I didn't move and I can't let out my voice. What's happening with me?!

The light turned on but I still couldn't move. I still can't find my voice to call out to my parents until they came to me.

"Dove? Dove!! Are you okay?!" My dad asked while shaking my shoulders.

"U-uhmm...Yeah Dad I'm fine...uh..uh....my mind just went blank..." I was stammering. I told them to let them stop worrying.

I sighed. "Okay...But Dove sweetie, if anything's wrong just tell us..." My mom told me.

"Yes Mom..." They just nodded

I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and clear everything out of my mind.

I stared at myself in the mirror.

Dove...what's happening with you? Clear out your mind and stop being so paranoid....

I wore my pajamas and laid in my bed..."I MISS YOU MY BELOVED BED!!!"

I was about to turn off my lampshade on the bedside table when I saw a note beside it.
It said....

"Hi Dove" WHAT THE HECK?!!!!!!

You know what.....maybe I wrote this awhile ago while I was bored...Yeah..maybe that's it....

I went to sleep and tried to forget everything that was bothering me.

I woke up with the sound of my alarm clock.....

I opened the curtains and windows and let the cool breeze calm my soul...This has always been one of the reasons why I wake up and start a new day.

I took a bath and wore my uniform. I fixed my hair into a ponytail and grabbed my bag and phone.

"Good Morning Mom!" I said cheerfully to mom.

"Morning sweetie!!!" Mom said back cheerfully.

I ate my breakfast and dad drove me to school.

I went to my classroom and saw Claire and the others.

I sat beside Claire and said Hi to her cheerfully.

"Dove, as much as I want to be cheerful I can't..." What Claire said brought up a frown in my face.

"I'm just really nervous and I keep having this feeling that someone's watching us..." Claire said. I shook my head.

"Me too....Maybe we're just feeling paranoid you know?" I told her. She nodded her head in approval.

Jillian, Ella, Mia, Kelly, and Juliet approached us.

"What's up guys! What's up with the frowns?" Juliet said. Dang it! I thought they wouldn't notice!

"You should be HAPPY you know? Life is great!!!" We laughed as Jillian tried to cheer us up.

" ONE FOR ALL......!!" Mia shouted and we just looked at her with a questioned face.

"I'm sorry dude but no..." Kelly said while showing pity to Mia.

Mia just pouted which made everyone cringe.

"Ewwwwwww yuck!!" Ella said in disgust.

Hahahaha!!

"No please no ahahaha!!" Lynn said while giggling.

Friends are really the best thing in life....
