Rise of the First Spinjitzu Master: When Lloyd was hit and climbs out from the mech, his cast switches from on to off his leg.
The Surge: While Jay and Cole left the destroyed city, Jay's techno blade was showing, even though Sensei Wu had all of them. When they are in the elevator, there is another techno blade at Kai's back, even though Kai was holding it, and disappears in the next shot.
The Art of the Silent Fist: None.
Blackout: This episode marks the first time that Jay's last name, Walker, is heard on screen. The second time is in "The Last Resort." Despite the Stranger's identity being a mystery during the episode, he is nevertheless credited as Pythor in the credits.
The Curse of the Golden Master: None.
Enter the Digiverse: The tile card labels the episode simply as "Digiverse."
Codename: Arcturus: In this episode, Lloyd is first seen with the Techno Silver Armor, but in "The Titanium Ninja," he is seen for a brief second in his original Techno Robe.
The Void: Fire needs oxygen to burn. However, Kai was somehow able to use his element, despite being in space. At one scene when Cole used Spinjitzu and drifted away from the ship, he has his mask off but it's back on the next scene.
The Titanium Ninja: At the beginning of the episode, the Golden Master is the same height as the average minifigure/Nindroids. However, when he is inside the armored mech, his size exponentially increases and he becomes at least five times the size of the average minifigure - which can be seen when he is compared to other characters like Pythor and Zane. It is possible that the mech increased the Golden Master's size and expanded his body, but even this is never explained or hinted at. How this sudden "growth" occurred is unknown. It's possible that the Golden Power can overpower (and oversize) a person and change his or her appearance but it is unclear. When Jay lands in the Thunder Raider, he has Kai's Fire Elemental Shield. After Pythor swallowed the pill, a bottle was nowhere to be found but as he's shrinking, it mysteriously appeared to use for comparison.
