The Hatching: Mark Oliver and Lee Tockar return to voice Garmadon and Cyrus Borg respectively in the episode, though are not credited. Alternatively, Brian Dobson is credited as voicing Ronin, despite not appearing in the episode. During a flashback, Wu erroneously refers to the Elemental Master of Earth as the Elemental Master of Metal. In the same flashback, one of the Elemental Masters is referred to as the Elemental Master of Smoke. However, that same Elemental Master is later revealed to be the Elemental Master of Sound in Lost in Time. In the same flashback, Wu didn't refer to the Elemental Master of Ice or Gravity.
A Time of Traitors: In The Hands of Time, when Kai and Nya were looking at their parents' portrait, Nya said the painting was made when she was 3 years old. In this episode in the flashback, Nya is a newborn. It is possible that the painting was painted before the events featured in the flashback.
Scavengers: In Wu's dream at the beginning of the episode, Krux and Acronix are walking forward, Krux on the left and Acronix on the right. In the next shot when they are laughing, they switch places.
A Line in the Sand: When Jay drove into the Slow-Mo's bubble, another Jay can be seen in the background, who was actually supposed to be Cole.

The Attack: Towards the beginning of the episode, Zane throws the slow-mo Time Blade at a bookcase, which it slices into. When he removes the blade, no mark is left on the bookcase.

Out of the Fire and Into the Boiling Sea: When Krux is saying "The final Time Blade will soon be ours!", Acronix is missing the Pause Time Blade, which was in his left hand in the previous shot. However, it comes back in the next shot.
Lost in Time: When Young Garmadon says "Did Krux and Acronix just..." his mouth doesn't move. Young Garmadon is next to young Wu when he asks Kai and Nya about being tired after forging the Time Blades, but appears in the crowd keeping the doors shut a few shots later. Just before Krux and Acronix smashes Machia back into her component snakes, Acronix lacks his hair underneath his helmet. Before the Iron Doom goes into the Time Vortex after the Fusion Dragon disappears, Acronix is in the co-pilot's seat while Krux is in the pilot's seat. However, when Kai, Nya, and Master Wu use the past Reversal Time Blade to reverse time, they have switched places. This remains even when they are traveling through the time vortex. It is possible that they could've switched seats after the Iron Doom ducked from the Fusion Dragon. When Krux says "Fool, you'll destroy us all!" it appears that Acronix is actually saying this. At the end of the episode when Kai realizes that Master Wu stayed behind in the Iron Doom, Cyrus Borg's left hand is orange.
