So I went to an art exhibit that was built in an old cistern. Here are some pictures:

So what it was was a retired underground cistern that used to house Houston's water supply that now is used as an art exhibit that has the soundtrack of rain fall and has protected light onto the columns and the little water that remains in the cistern to create a lovely art piece that shows the beauty in old things.
